job 2:10: You're probably right about both, but I initially posted a list of coaches off the top of my head that I knew for sure had coached at the same school for 10 years.

I know Speed has won 6 OVC titles in a row, and has a state semifinal appearance in 2017, and a couple of other regional appearances including this past season when the Dragons lost to Worthington Christian. The 2019-2020 season had the Dragons going to the regional final, and they were scheduled to play Harvest Prep, but it was canceled.

Arey has at least 1 regional final appearance which was a loss to Berlin Hiland, and I'm quite sure he has some SHAC titles to go on his resume.

Ironton job opening rumor mill getting real interesting. Couple of different directions they could go, but plenty of interest in the position already according to someone who would know. Could cause multiple dominoes to fall depending on who eventually gets it*

I find it hard to believe that Ironton is already looking for a boys and girls basketball coach? Fitch has only been there a couple of years, but I was talking to an ole buddy down that way that said anything is possible because they are the joke of Lawrence county.

Yeah I was pretty surprised to hear he was out, I believe he was caught off guard as well because his boy had just enrolled down there and now he's left there and enrolled at Minford is my understanding. Be interesting to see if Fitch lands another HC position this year.

That is very true and don’t forget the athletic directors either! Would really like to hear who is interested because Ironton is not the cream of the crop when it comes to basketball not even in the OVC!
