Seems like Southeastern, Westfall and the U are the front runners. Richendollar seems to be having tons of success in the circle. Hull from the U looks to be a force in the circle and Cook from Westfall seems to have a big bat. Could get interesting though. Adena and Zt could make some noise. Scott and McCullough seem to be tearing it up in the batters box for ZT. Bossert and Baxter playing great for Adena.

What does the talent pool look like this year, league wide? I caught a couple of games last week, westfall looks to have a pretty sound pitcher and catcher. Wondering what the rest of the teams look like.

The top 6 teams have A LOT of talent. The league is definitely on the upswing with a lot of that talent being Freshman or Sophomores.

Let’s hear it

I have been able to watch every team this first half except Piketon.

1-it’s a hitters league. More HR than ever. I don’t think because bats or balls. I think it’s batting practice every game. (IMO)

2-No dominant team in the league we have seen this in the teams records.

3-pitchers are all average. Kellough when she is on throws the hardest.

4-Unioto and Adena are young teams and will be better next year

5-ZT has a couple nice players

6-WF is WF always a good team.

7-PV lost a pitcher apparently and struggle. Can’t win with 2-3 players

8-SE is close, but needs just a couple spots filled and they be right there. Richie dollar coming along nicely.

I think the SVC league is just as good as any conference around. Look at the all the teams non conference wins. I heard from several coaches that majority girls play travel ball and some play elite ball. I can’t say the league is young. I think it’s a mixture of youth and couple good upper class man.The Westfall pitcher is the best in league and probably has best hitting team. Huntington pitcher has to do to much to win games. Unioto freshman is holding her own. The Southeastern pitcher is really good too. Also you Zane Trace and Adena pitchers has won big games. Tight race who can get hot at the right time.
