Which conference is the best and why? OVC, TVC, SOC1,SOC2, FAC and SVC

Talent wise SOC2 probably the best with the OVC right behind it. I don't know enough of the other conferences to really put them in there.

My only knock on the SOC2 is every year we know who the Champion will be.
The SOC1 in recent years has seen Symmes Valley , Clay and Notre Dame all claim the Title.
