The way things are going with cancellations I say take any game you can get. Week 3 or 4 are not guaranteed.

Eastern Pike should contact Union Local (Morristown) for a game. Saturday would be perfect.

Can you point me in the direction of where Union Local announced a cancellation?

Yea I would take whatever game I could get. I would think weeks 3 and 4 will be worst for cancellations then go back down. Just think when people get back into a routine you pretty much interact with the same people but who knows.

Not to my knowledge, but with 400 kids out, maybe Valley realized it wasn't a good idea to play Greenup? Hope it works out for Greenup and Berea

So it's a good thing the OHSAA reduced number of games to qualify for playoffs from 8 to 5.

Hopefully every team can play 8 or 9 games.

I’m willing to bet everyone gets in before it’s over. OHSAA can’t take another year of losses and need to make money

I mean I don’t have any idea haven’t looked at a complete list. But I would say last week probably 95% of games being played and this week aren’t we still probably going to get 85% to 90% of games? I would think in week 1 we lost no more games then what we normally lose week 1 or week 2 for weather that can’t be made back up.

And if during the worst week or two if we get 75% to 80% I think it will still be a good season.

Agreed, I think it is going to hit Ohio hard for the next couple of weeks then fall off quickly. The quarantine rules are what they are so we just have to deal with them and hopefully it will be a non issue for the later part of the season and the playoffs.
