Isn’t it a tad ironic that Coal Grove was probably the only school pre-COVID times to have cancelled a game due to a viral illness (the meningitis outbreak) and nowadays everyone is dreading a midweek phone call from opposing AD’s? Time is a flat circle…

I’m far from a “school boards are bad ARGLE BARGLE” type of guy, as I recognize they’re well-meaning public servants, but what’s the context of them getting involved and saying “no?”
This sounds like greatly unusual business for a BOE.

GC has 400 kids out and a coach just died. I was surprised when this game was announced.

Yeah no way we should have played greenup they are having a bad outbreak. I wonder if it would be possible to play eastern twice ? Could be a home and home. I think it would be better than not playing at all.
