I just hope everyone is back and healthy for this game.
Re: Cincinnati Moeller @ Ironton in the Tank
The more I've researched this and the more I've watched both teams show what they have/capable of, I don't think I can pick Ironton here..
QB1 still hurt, Keyes might be out including others... Ironton would need all hands on deck and firing on all cylinders to win this game and they're not really doing either at the moment.
A great test for them. I'm glad Ironton or any SEO team is taking the challenge.... but I think it'll be something like Moeller 38 Ironton 10

Win or lose, Tiger fans will support our boys.... One thing about the TIGERS that is different from other schools, is that we stand with our boys regardless. NO FAIR WEATHER FANS ALLOWED.... These boys will fight to the end, and if they do get beat will be able to hold there heads high, for playing a team most will not even think about.....

Gallia entirely depends on having their guys healthy. Same deal with Ironton. Tigers have been missing key players all year.GalliaTribe wrote: Tue Sep 07, 2021 11:35 am Ironton loses this game. People give Fort Frye credit for playing bigger schools, so Ironton should get credit for playing Moeller and if they fall we should give then credit for playing the team. I'm a SEO person. Go Tigers.

Re: Cincinnati Moeller @ Ironton in the Tank
I took some extra time and looked over Moeller.
So which one of Irontons LB's/DBs are guarding that 4 star 6ft5 240 lbs TE D1 recruit? Btw they are also gonna line up a couple 6ft2 & up WR's on the outside and their RB, leads that conference in rushing yards. The QB is 6ft6 200 plus. Sounds to me like pitch & catch all night. Until Moeller decides to take their foot off the gas.
Moeller 38/41
Ironton 0

Why you jealous that they have enough sense to look for another coach when one is not producing. Sounds to me they have there ducks in a row. Not like some schools that keep bringing coaches back that cannot win ballgames. Maybe these schools would have more kids come out if they tried following suit.

Re: Cincinnati Moeller @ Ironton in the Tank
I keep thinking with Irontons present uncertainty on both sides of the ball albeit due to injury, departure, or graduation, mental errors, penalties, distraction, I'm not sold on the idea of this helping make Ironton better on the field. Getting beat up for 4 quarters by kids they just can't physically match up with? Is it just me or given now that reality has showed us that Ironton is very beatable even by D6 teams, would they have not benefitted much more on the field by playing a Ashland or maybe a Waverly or a Cabell Midland. Or if they still wanna schedule up, a Bishop Hartley? I just don't see much benefit wise beyond it being money and promotion.
