Week 6: Gallia Academy (2-1) @ Fairland (3-1)
Re: Week 6: Gallia Academy (2-1) @ Fairland (3-1)
Don't believe everything you here. Kid already has D-1 offers for both basketball and football. Same thing going on as always a lot more talk among the adults then among the kids.XandOs wrote: ↑Sat Sep 25, 2021 6:05 pm What is going on at Gallia? Heard all kinds of rumors at Ironton game. Gallia had a few players there with one really big kid. Rumor going around the stands was the big kid was wanting to move to Ironton next year. How can a school that size with the recent success they’ve had struggle to even field a team. Sounds like there is more to the story in the French city.

look a lot of things happen in a football program in a year. There were positive covid issues the program was shut down for 10 days like any other program with similar results. That is clearly why games were cancelled. If there are athletes sitting when they come back because of disciplinary actions that will be the case if not. it is not. no big deal either way.

That's ironic huh? If someone attempts to discuss the status of an Ironton athlete on this forum it is deemed an "invasion of privacy" and even deletes the discussions and bans the person who started the discussion or asked the question. That's real interesting. Seems like discretion is based on preference or something.svac83 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 25, 2021 8:19 pmDon't believe everything you here. There have been players and coaches not effected by quarantine at all the blue devils remaining opponents games one of the last two weeks. Seems like a lot of work being put in by a group of people dont think are interested in finishing season.TigerTalez wrote: ↑Sun Sep 26, 2021 4:29 pmThat's ironic huh? I've been here lil guy. Nobody needs to talk for me but whoever it is they got a fawkin point. Hows comes its only an invasion of a kids privacy when it's an Ironton or Burg kid on this forum?

Nobody has ever wondered about why the bias?
If you research this forum it's so blatant.

Lol. No big deal when at least 1/4 team is disciplined, causing cancellations, blaming Covid, but no big deal.svac83 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 26, 2021 9:58 amlook a lot of things happen in a football program in a year. Back that up with some facts. I found over 20 schools in division 1 thru 4 that had a covid positive on team. each program was shut down for at least 10 days and missed two games. Found no cases where a team not a school had covid issues and they did not miss 2 games. if they missed any. So is your story that there were no positive cases on football team? and they just cancelled two games because they were discipline a kid or kids.Jimbob2023 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 28, 2021 10:51 amLol. To be honest with you here is why i don't believe this. I feel if they were having a mass discipline problem they would of forfeited the games and said that they were forfeiting do to disciplinary reasons. You would not discipline a kid and then hide behind a covid issue. I have dealt with these guys in a similar matter. And they had no problem being very public about we have a internal issue and wont be particiapating until it is resolved.
