It might make a little more sense to you if you watch the Marietta/Warren game this Friday. It’s a matchup I personally would love to see happen, but given the current state of our program it makes no sense. We can’t even beat Shenandoah.
My thoughts are if you're going to get beat you might as well make some money off of it. Ff offered to come to Marietta for every game. After Warren it would be the biggest crowd Marietta would get. Hell, it might be bigger
I understand what you are saying and agree that Marietta/Fort Frye would attract a big crowd, but wow would it be an ugly game to watch. I would love to see it down the road if Marietta ever gets things turned around, but until then…just don’t think it benefits either team, money aside.

Next year might be best year to play Fort. They will have a new Qb.

I've changed my opinion on this one... Fort Frye wins in a blowout. Williamstown is no match for em and I'll tell ya that for free ladies and gents.

Fort Frye is getting healthier. Could be in for a huge game.

Don’t Fort Frye start Ohio playoffs next week? Why would they jeopardize bringing Brown back for little ol Williamstown. I mean everyone thinks this game is a scrimmage. May as well play their JV players and keep their starters healthy. And for the guy who thinks FF is putting up 56… never happen. You people have no clue how much talent Williamstown actually has.

Williamstown is just not on Fort Frye's level. I've seen both teams play and they are not comparable.

Hate to say it but FF is the best team in the MOV, they would beat PHS and South. No team around here can compete with them.

No offense to Williamstown but Fort has already played 5-6 teams better than Williamstown.

You're right. I don't know how much talent they have. We're all going by last year's game, which wasn't close.

Why is 2021 going to be different?

Last year's game is what I based my opinion and it also helps I have seen both teams play this year.

Texas A&M isn’t on Alabama’s level either but they won a game nobody thought they would. Anything can happen. Just hope everyone stays healthy and continue on to their bigger goals of winning a state title. Only 2 teams in the MOV who can honestly say that this year.

Your opinion doesn’t count, you’ve lost to both teams this year and haven’t been a relevant program for 20 years.

Williamstown lost 5 starting lineman from last season and is playing without Trevor Oats.
