WK 10: Fort Frye (7-1) @ Williamstown (6-1)

It might make a little more sense to you if you watch the Marietta/Warren game this Friday. It’s a matchup I personally would love to see happen, but given the current state of our program it makes no sense. We can’t even beat Shenandoah.

My thoughts are if you're going to get beat you might as well make some money off of it. Ff offered to come to Marietta for every game. After Warren it would be the biggest crowd Marietta would get. Hell, it might be bigger

I understand what you are saying and agree that Marietta/Fort Frye would attract a big crowd, but wow would it be an ugly game to watch. I would love to see it down the road if Marietta ever gets things turned around, but until then…just don’t think it benefits either team, money aside.

Next year might be best year to play Fort. They will have a new Qb.

Williamstown is just not on Fort Frye's level. I've seen both teams play and they are not comparable.

Williamstown is just not on Fort Frye's level. I've seen both teams play and they are not comparable.

Texas A&M isn’t on Alabama’s level either but they won a game nobody thought they would. Anything can happen. Just hope everyone stays healthy and continue on to their bigger goals of winning a state title. Only 2 teams in the MOV who can honestly say that this year.
