Kirtland is 13-0 this year. Their wins are against teams with a combined 82-63 record. They’re averaging 41.76 points per game while giving up an average of 6.84 points per game. Kirtland is also on a 54 game winning streak. That’s currently tied with Versailles (1994-1997) for 2nd all time in OHSAA History. Kirtland has a 53-10 all time record in the playoffs.

Ottawa-Glandorf is 11-3 this year. Their wins are against teams with a combined 72-62 record. Their 3 losses are against teams with a combined 29-8 record. They’re averaging 30.85 points per game while giving up an average of 11.85 points per game. The last time O-G made the state semifinals was in 2009 and they have a 22-15 all time record in the playoffs.

That penalty and the fumble before the half was the first thing brought up by the players. Whether it’s 7-7 or 40-0 we do not like mistakes. Mistake free football is #1 priority and if we get outplayed, we just get outplayed
