All three should be varsity only and I'm assuming will be in the rotation. Coach Stewart should have 10-11 guys that are capable and ready to go, which will fit in nicely with the type of basketball he likes to play. He will be able to keep guys fresh the entire game. I know typically Joe B will play 7-8 maximum, but the depth of McClain this year is reason enough for me to believe they could win a gold basketball this year. McClain is poised for an outstanding season!3rd String wrote: Wed Nov 17, 2021 10:16 amWhere do Mischel and Wise and the younger Badgley kid fit in the picture at Greenfield. They are solid basketball players, Wise 6'3 and athletic, and Mischel can shoot it from anywhere. Lil Badgley is physical and does some things well. They saw limited minutes last year on the varsity floor and didn't have Big Badgley. With everyone returning, are they just lost in the shuffle, or will mcclain go 9-10 deep?FACSPORTS wrote: Wed Nov 03, 2021 10:24 am McClain and Jackson in my opinion would be the front runners to win the league. McClain has potential POY Bryson Badgley who suffered an injury last season and missed a good bit of the season. They also return the Potts brothers, Preston Saunders, Lyle White, Braden Wright, Toney, among others. I predict they’ll win 15-17 games. Jackson returns Bragg, Prater, Blankenship, Woodard, Erwin, Hopefully Spires later in season. Maybe Winters? I think Wolford plays as well. I also see them winning 15-17 games. Hillsboro and Miami Trace lost several seniors. I look for 2022 Jakwon Clark to be the go to player for the Indians this winter but I look for them to be down this season. I look for them to win between 5-7 games. For Miami Trace, I think their top players will be 2023 Guard Isaiah Reisinger, and 2023 6’8 Post Player Drew Guthrie. They will be competitive but not competitive enough to win the FAC in my opinion, I see them winning 10-12 games. Chillicothe and Court House were very young this season. Chillicothe had its 2022 6’8 player transfer out to Zane Trace. I look for them to start mostly Juniors this year including Max Lee and Mason Sibberall who started for them a season ago. They will have senior Jaiden Cain who is a special athlete as well. Court House returns basically their entire roster. They had a 2022 Point Guard move in from Trotwood, to combine with 2023 6’6 F Tanner Lemaster, and They also have 2024’s Isaiah Haithcock and John Wall who will be Impact players for the Blue Lions over the next few years. I look for Court House to be improved from last year and could see them winning 10-12 games.it should be a competitive year for FAC basketball, with McClain or Jackson on top!

Re: 2021-2022 FAC
I'm a bit bias here but I think we will be a though out!! Coach B has the team playing extremely hard and the transfer is an absolute stud off the dribble and is a real problem to guard. Lemaster is a problem for most and Wall will add an element of shooting we haven't had on the perimeter for awhile.FACSPORTS wrote: Wed Nov 17, 2021 9:19 amWCHFan, How do the Blue Lions look so far this season?WCHfan wrote: Mon Nov 15, 2021 2:52 pmMcClain3rd String wrote: Mon Nov 08, 2021 1:11 pm Per Ployd's Pre-season rankings.

You by chance know if the FAC has a new commissioner? Terri did a good job and officiating was pretty solid IMO.FACSPORTS wrote: Sun Nov 28, 2021 10:16 am Through the first official week of basketball we have:

I believe each FAC AD is in charge of a couple different sports and they work together. There currently is not a Comissioner.Ironman92 wrote: Sun Nov 28, 2021 11:49 amYou by chance know if the FAC has a new commissioner? Elite athlete basketball player, multiple other very athletic players and a legit big man who looks bigger than 6’6 and can play inside or out.Raider6309 wrote: Sun Nov 28, 2021 9:08 pm Well WCH just became the favorite. That PG will be fun to watch

Rishaun Burns was the crazy great d lineman….don’t think he plays. Lydrell Wright was the freshman that wow’d me….do t think he plays

Rishaun Burns DOES play for CH ... didn't play much/ was 0-1 from the FT line ...Ironman92 wrote: Sun Nov 28, 2021 9:49 pmRishaun Burns was the crazy great d lineman….don’t think he plays. Lydrell Wright was the freshman that wow’d me….do t think he plays
Re: 2021-2022 FAC
Well here in a few weeks I’d imagine he’d be handy as can be in a physical game. I know football isn’t basketball but what I saw on the football field, he can be used on a basketball court in certain games. Haithcock was a QB and think other was a receiver. Good to see Washington getting their athletes out for their sports.
Re: 2021-2022 FAC
There is a player listed on their Freshman/JV roster named Nydrell Turner Wright. So it looks like he is playing, just not varsity.Ironman92 wrote: Sun Nov 28, 2021 11:00 pmWell here in a few weeks I’d imagine he’d be handy as can be in a physical game. I knew they did but wasn’t sure if Terri did that or had someone else be the assignor…..she has since resigned so I was wondering.Crab's Brother wrote: Mon Nov 29, 2021 3:07 pmThe FAC uses an assignor for both boys and girls basketball officials.FACSPORTS wrote: Sun Nov 28, 2021 2:25 pmI believe each FAC AD is in charge of a couple different sports and they work together. Re: 2021-2022 FAC
Did Jackson have a scrimmage recently? If so how did they do? I’ve been busy lately and haven’t been able to follow as much as I’d like. I haven’t heard much talk on the upcoming season.

Jackson has had I think 4 scrimmages. I've heard they have done pretty well. They open up next Tuesday at Miami Trace.
