Having the game on Saturday doesn't really bring any extra people in like it used to.

I can see why. Last year I expected a little more fans out of both teams, hopefully its standing room only this year. This will be a huge game this year.

I really didn't notice the crowd size until after halftime. Considering how close the ge was I assumed more people would have shown up. It should be bigger next year.

Glad to see the NY vs. Trimble game moved back to Fridays. I knew attendance had to be effected based on the size of the Saturday crowd for the Parade of the Hills in Nelsonville. There will still be a conflict with Friday night of the Parade of the Hills, but the crowds aren’t as big on Friday night as they are on Saturday night. The season starting a week earlier caused a conflict there. High school football is better on Friday nights anyway. Too much conflict with college football on Saturday’s any week of the season.

I am disappointed that Wellston isn't playing Minford in week 2. For travel and other reasons, I am not sure scheduling Fairland makes sense.
