Won at Whiteoak by 13

Lost to Valley to start the season and lost to Cedarville, but we’re without a starter.

We’ll know more as they face Eastern Brown 2x, Fayetteville, Ripley….all very good SHAC teams.

Also play McClain, Hillsboro and Washington CH

Definitely have good wins against division 3 opponents. But Western played them in a foundation game and drilled them. I realize that doesn’t count on their records but it was 20 when Western started subbing. I couldn’t put them that high.

I don't know enough about these teams to definitively say one is head and shoulders above another. I will say there is a lot of basketball to be played and anything can happen. Covid, injuries and a poor night can knock any team off their "A" game.

I'm a Valley guy. The SW game could have gone either way. Valley had the big spend plenty of minutes on the bench in foul trouble and SW missed a lot of open 3 looks. The rematch will be interesting.

I wouldn't say there is a huge separation between Valley and SW.
