I would guess hiland is the slightest of favorites. I can see 6-7 teams making a run.

The IVC south race is over. I believe Hiland has a 3 game lead on Garaway, Tusky, and Ridgewood. I don’t see Hiland losing 3 games and the other three winning out. If anyone has a chance to do so, it’s Garaway.

I watched some of the game last night on live stream, to see if Tingle would be playing, he's still on the bench,it a shame to see this happen,he makes Ridgewood a total different team, when he's playing

Garaway is my pick to win the district. Garaway, Ridgewood, and Tusky Valley have really separated themselves from everyone else. Newcomerstown, Edison, and Bridgeport are sitting at the end of table way below everyone else. Then the 12 teams in the middle is a toss up.

I attended the Ridgewood at Tusky Valley game tonight. Two possible top four teams in the district and I thought the best IVC matchup of the night. I was disappointed to find out after arriving Tusky Valley had one starter out and Ridgewood had three. It turned out to be a better game then I expected. Tusky Valley led by 3 at half, took a 15-17 point lead in the 3rd and won by 8. Ridgewood made a run and got it within 4 a couple times but could not get over the hump. Tusky shot it well and had 3 or 4 guys in double figures. Number 25 is a very good player maybe the best in the IVC. Ridgewood plays with some grit. They play extremely hard, are physical and fast. I would not mind seeing that match up again with everyone healthy.

This district is way down. I wish I could watch 2 games in 1 night. Missing the old sectionals at Meadowbrook. I would go and watch 6 games in 3 days.
