Gotta agree a certain player for Trimble could’ve been called 5 times for lowering the shoulder… and probably got more than one freebie and one. Just where I was seated. I hate Trimble and FH equally but that’s what I saw.

Instead he probably shot 10+ free throws rewarded by same ref? That’s what I thought I saw.

Can we all just put that one game in the past and start looking forward to what may be the best DIV tournament we have seen since the early 2000's? Be hard pressed to beat the one that had Trimble (Fouts & Jenkins), South Webster with Aldrige. Coach Caldwell's Eastern Eagles with Cozart, Simpson & the twin towers. Clay with a young Cam Thoroughman. Manchester was good back then. Southern was good. That district tournament was great, maybe this one can top it, idk.

It's going to be a great one for sure. This is one of the best, probably 2nd if not the best, Trimble team to take the court. Yes I realize Howie's first team was undefeated until regionals but this team may be better overall. We'll see how far they go.

Before anyone from Trimble jumps down my throat…I think Trimble is a lot better than Eastern, and will win, and it probably won’t be a “close or really tight” game…..
but if Eastern is hitting their 3’s it won’t be a 28 point game.
Ask Valley and SW. lol. They’re a handful when they’re hitting because they will chuck at anytime and from anywhere even when you think they’re guarded. If they get hot they stay hot for a little while. You just have to weather the storm and then they’ll come back to earth.
That being said they are on the road and in a gym I’m sure not of their players are used to shooting in.
So yes, I pick Trimble but that shooting can make it interesting. Lol.
