South Gallia has a roster so full of talent they are going to be hard to stop in the league. League opener went extremely well. When this team has played a full season together under the new coach and with young talent they are going to be hard to stop come tournament time. They should plow through the district, into the regionals and possibly beyond.

It is exceptional to see the talent on the field after years of sub par teams. The Hocking is the Rebs to lose this year.

Waterford Wildcat Athletics facebook says baseball and softball games with Southern tonight are cancelled. With the games being league games I'm assuming that the wording of "cancelled" is a misnomer, and they will be made up at a later date.

The only league game I know of from Tuesday night was Eastern at Federal Hocking. According to the paper, Eagles won 9-3.
