This official I’m assuming since names are being posted?Tigernation2021 wrote: ↑Sat Jun 04, 2022 5:55 pmWell it’s Braylon Robertson so yeah heck if an athlete, tackling machine. Behind a good DL in that league he might get 15 tackles a game.Bumpy wrote: ↑Sat Jun 04, 2022 7:32 amThats what I hear too, they say he is a good athlete. We need a good LB because the DL is stacked, and you can never have too many RB's. This could be a special season in Bainbridge.Tigernation2021 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 03, 2022 11:00 pm Paint Valley getting ready to get a new LB/RB transfer in

Re: Paint valley 2022
Said he was turning his paper work in this past Friday, so yeah pretty darn official. Rumors were going around for awhile now it was just a matter of him getting certain ppl on board. I think he's a really good fit for what PV does and I look for him to have a really nice HS career with them.MasterOfNone wrote: ↑Sat Jun 04, 2022 6:40 pmThis official I’m assuming since names are being posted?Tigernation2021 wrote: ↑Sat Jun 04, 2022 5:55 pmWell it’s Braylon Robertson so yeah heck if an athlete, tackling machine. Re: Paint valley 2022
If the player is indeed Braylon Robertson, he would be a rising sophomore from Waverly.
Waverly and PV have been symbiotic in sports going back to the Shoemaker era.

Thank you.
Re: Paint valley 2022
Kind of interesting that this is just OK with everybody but if the kid was going to Ironton or Burg everybody would be crying about recruiting.
Seems an odd landing place for a Waverly kid if you ask me, especially when hard times at PV are only a year away.

A couple different reasons why people around the situation aren’t surprised by this if it is happening. Rumors have been swirling for a long while now. And as far as the destination it has some other dynamics involved in the why then just football.

Re: Paint valley 2022
Most ppl in the know simply know the situation behind it and PV was really the only landing spot if he decided to leave. So no big deal really we'll let the OVC guys complain about stuff that doesn't matter. Transfers or no transfers Ironton was going to be the #1 team in that league regardless.
Re: Paint valley 2022
Waverly has been getting transfers from PV for years without living remotely near the district, so it’s good to see it happening in reverse for once.
He’ll be a big boost to go with the loaded 8th grade class PV has coming.

So for those not in the know, what's the situation behind it?Tigernation2021 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 06, 2022 6:02 amMost ppl in the know simply know the situation behind it and PV was really the only landing spot if he decided to leave. Doesn't matter at this point, the young man said he was turning his transfer papers in last Friday so at this point it is what it is.TrueFan wrote: ↑Wed Jun 08, 2022 11:51 amSo for those not in the know, what's the situation behind it?Tigernation2021 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 06, 2022 6:02 amMost ppl in the know simply know the situation behind it and PV was really the only landing spot if he decided to leave. Yes, I spoke with him some (said he’s put on nearly 40 lbs in a year! (I mean I have too but his is far more impressive ) then he and an Otterbein coach talked for a lengthy while about his track performances and abilities. Very nice kid. Great representation for PV.PVBearcat2012 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 23, 2022 6:45 pmHe also finished 3rd in the Long Jump. Kid is a freak athlete.

He wasn’t playing football. Him and Estep actually. I find that hard to believe. Any truth to this rumor?

Would there be a problem with that?LICKING COUNTY FAN wrote: ↑Sat Jun 25, 2022 10:06 am I was told both of those players have joined the new boys dance team.

Both are great kids that come from tremendous families. I have heard mixed reports on both of them all off season. I guess we’ll see where things stand once the mandatory stuff begins. I really hope we all get to see them in Black and Gold for one more go around.

I think everyone else in the league would be shocked if they didn't.
Re: Paint valley 2022
My gut feeling says that Cole will be playing and as much as I would love to see Dax out there too I don't believe he will be. Went to the combine the other day against Gallia Academy and Dom Chambers looks and runs like a D1 prospect, impressive.
