I'll take your action on that lol.TriState_34 wrote: ↑Sat Aug 20, 2022 10:05 am Man imagine if Ironton & Burg both head into week 5 with losing records. ..
At this point I think the probability isn't unreasonable.

Well, week 12 as things are nowFIDO wrote: ↑Tue Aug 23, 2022 4:00 am The place to be on Friday night. If the house isnt packed, then Id say youre missing out.
Clash of the titans! You know the Ironmen are being reminded of last year. They better be ready because the Tigers have a legit returner. 2 yrds and a cloud of turf! Woody Hayes type football.
Best wishes to the health of both teams. Week 11 type game at week 2. The best of SEO

I‘ve watched them both in practice and during scrimmage. Both can nail them and are usually straight down the middle, it’s not going to be an issue.Carmen Ohio wrote: ↑Sat Aug 20, 2022 11:15 am
They tried one extra point and that was after Pendelton was indecisive about what they were doing and the unit had to rush onto the field. Not sure that’s enough of a sample to make this judgment.
Have to say ,I was curious as to why Ironton elected to go for 2 on the first touchdown of the game?

Re: Ironton@Jackson Week 2
After watching last week I think one of the main keys for Jackson is to control the line of scrimmage. We need to be able to put together long drives and finish once we get down towards the ends zone
Re: Ironton@Jackson Week 2
The girl never stepped foot on the field???
Re: Ironton@Jackson Week 2
Should be a very physical football game. Let's hope for an injury free game for both teams.
Re: Ironton@Jackson Week 2
Tigers need to come out and establish something offensively early in this one. Jackson will be ready to play, no about about it.

Re: Ironton@Jackson Week 2
For sure. If they don’t, Jackson’s physicality could wear on them just like the last drive last year. Ironton has to move the ball early.

Re: Ironton@Jackson Week 2
This game will be worth the drive. Pendleton doesn’t repeat mistakes and he made a few in the Burg game. Jackson is super physical and talented. This game may hinge on the small details. Clock management and special teams!
