Marshall football 2015
What do you all think they will do this year? I think they will be just as good as last year if they find the right qb to start this year.

This publication has a rosy view of Da Herd despite the absence of all everything Cato at QB. I see MU winning eight or nine games given their relatively weak CUSA - East schedule. Purdue, OU, MTSU, and WKU all pose difficulty for Marshall.

I say Marshall will do fine. I think 8-4 with a Bowl draw.

Birdsong is your QB. I will be at the Purdue game cheering on the Herd! Everyone keep an eye on Devon "rock head" Johnson! 245Lb monster TB. Rushed for over 1,700 yards last year, this guy is a beast! ESPN will show him a lot this year!

I root for any Big 10 Team to win unless they are on the Buckeyes heals for conference placement and I always root for "any" school that plays "that team up north" I don't care if it was a prison gang football team! You're Tiger Bait wrote:NORMALLY I NEVER ROOT AGAINST THE BIG TEN. Re: Marshall football 2015
Marshall down 21-17 @ halftime. Getting outmanned on both lines of scrimmage. Maybe Holliday has some answers for the second half.
Re: Marshall football 2015
Surprise, surprise, the Herd regrouped for a 41-31 victory as Purdont self destructed late in 4th quarter.

Congrats on the win, and for reminding people that Purdue is a mid-level MAC team

Lang's 2 Pick-6's he had in the game was big for Marshall. Congrats to them on the win. Hopefully they can get to a New Years Bowl this year if Boise St. doesn't.

It's awfully funny how this page dies out after the Cats take the Blundering Turds behind the shed!

Regarding support, interest for Marshall athletics is pretty much confined to about a 30 mile radius from Huntington into West Virginia and perhaps
a small portion of southern Ohio. WVU, OSU, and UK rule the roost, which is really a shame for the Marshall community. Even least years stellar record and offense failed to generate a lot of fan interest outside of Huntington. I guess once a small stage, always a small stage.
