Athens may be the worst d3 team I e seen in a while how can this happen? They have a very good soccer team but it isn’t like the have 40 kids playing. Do kids just not play sports at the school?

VC has won past two meetings. Bulldogs had won 12 in a row from (2008-2019)

I don’t think he is.. before the recent run from 09-18 the Bulldogs weren’t a football power house.

I could go on and on… the Bulldogs other than the first few years in the TVC were simply not competitive in football from the late 80s to ‘08, let’s remember they left the SEOAL for a reason..

Athens played well and not to take anything away from them, they were physical and played tough, but this is a prime example of underestimating a team thinking you can come in and run all over them, same thing happened in the Alexander/wellston game! If athens played the way they did last night they could potentially finish the season with 3 wins

He shouldn’t be. The Athens kids played very hard last night and they are pretty young. He called multiple plays that should’ve been touchdowns, the QB was just slightly off or the WR straight up dropped a wide open TD pass. Their scheme was on point last night. The execution was just not there.
