This will be the first team with a winning record Caldwell has played.

Caldwell's schedule to date is one of the weakest in region 27. It looks like if SCC loses tomorrow, the aggregate record for Caldwells opponents will be 7 wins and 36 losses, going into the FF game. Even though this game is at the fairgrounds, FF will roll.

I’ll give him maybe a series before he decides to retract that statement. Fort Frye by as many as they want.

Fort Frye already defeated The TVC Hocking without joining, and won The TSL before it ever got started. With this game, they conquer the Ghost of The PVC.

Glad to hear that Sayre's excited to play Fort Frye. Any chance they'll make him The AD next season so the series can continue?

Fort will be much better on the O and D line. The skill players for Caldwell are very good but Fort will be to much up front. I hope I’m wrong though! As far as the schedule goes, obviously it’s not strong but those are similar sized schools who have beaten Caldwell in some cases badly in the recent past and other than week one in the monsoon without Dudley they’ve been running clock games by halftime. After watching how easily they crushed Buckeye tonight I fully believe they are the 2nd best team in region 27 behind NC

100% agreed beg. Classic case of a team being overconfident after beating up on weak opponents. They will get a dose of reality this weekend.

But hey, at least they are still willing to play FF. All the other small schools have run away.

Come on Eastern, you’re better than that. You know these schedules are made in advance, and with Caldwell not having a league they’ve got to find whoever is available to play. These are all schools of similar size. I can remember when Fort played teams like Conotton Valley, Newcomerstown,
Wirt County, etc. Theyve done what they’re supposed to do. Don’t act like Fort has always played Bellaire or Zanesville. They did it the right way and hopefully Caldwell does too. As the program gets better and you start making runs, then you start trying to schedule up. You don’t start right off the bat playing powerhouses.

We play linsly again next year. They are minimum 90 minutes away, Caldwell is max 30 minutes. You're talking about a game that has been played for close to 50 years vs a game that has been played once. Try and make a comparison that is worth comparing

Too many ff fans on here hold a grudge against the tvc because they didn't vote us in. I for am glad they didn't because I think the Ohio is a joke. You're right, who cares about that stuff.

I am from across the river and could care less about the Ohio division either , I think that even though being independent has made it harder to get games close,it has been good that it has made fort play a much harder schedule and made them so much better than playing local teams that were over matched
