Trimble 6 - 30 Waterford 2022

Post by Glousterite »

Thoughts?
Trimble gain enough confidence after their win against Belpre? Waterford keep rolling after beating Southern?

A win in this game would almost certainly put Trimble in the playoffs, although I’m not sure that is what Trimble “needs”.

Does a 4/5 win team deserve or even want a playoff berth?

Good luck to the "GREEN TEAM " from across the muddy Muskingum, from your pal's from the Fort.

How many seasons has it been since Waterford has possibly been favored over Trimble?

Waterford wins this one tonight. This matchup will be similar to When Waterford came into Trimble in 2016 and dominated them. They won 28-14 but it was never really close. I expect the same results tonight. That 2016 team also met them in the playoffs and shut them out 22-0. This team has a lot of similarities, a mobile QB, strong running attack and solid receivers. Waterford wins 18-6

In the nearly 30 years they’ve been in the TVC Waterford has won four outright league championships. That’s just a little over one per decade, yet they are among the most arrogant of all the teams in the area. Especially their fans who post on here. They will probably get their one for this decade this year and we’ll get to hear about it for the next eight years. Almost makes me want to root for Thimble LOL

Sorry to spoil your boner. This is the beginning of a talent run in Waterford. With their talent and my reffing, gonna be awhile before Thimble wins the crown again.

Waterford should be glad that Wahama isn’t still in the Hocking or they wouldn’t be getting their one for the decade this year.

Based on Trimble already resorting to ad hominem against Waterford fans, I'd say The TVC is already in the bag.

If all I paid attention to were the supercilious posts and comments that the Waterford and Fort Frye posters make towards the rest of the teams in the Hocking and the league as a whole I’d probably surmise that Waterford has 20 or so league championships. Since those two seem to think Waterford is way too good for the Hocking maybe they should form their own conference. Maybe invite Linsley, Big Red, Kirkland, heck throw Massillon in there. Based on the comments on here FF and Waterford should probably dominate that league.
