I was quite surprised that Rock Hill beat the Blue Devils. I guess it’s all about matchups, the Fighting Tigers should handle the Blue Devils and move to 9-0.

The Blue Devils have won some very close games this season. I just can't quite grasp their mindset in having to come to Ironton and take on the Tigers, after losing a rather comfortable lead as well as losing the game to the Redmen. Not taking anything away from the Redmen, but I would imagine that the Blue Devils if the truth be known, probably felt as if they had the game in hand. Even though the Blue Devils had their undefeated season come to an end, I'm not sure that I would have given them very good odds on being able to beat the Tigers this season. Let's hope that it's a good ballgame, and that both teams have an injury free game.

Maybe Gallia was overlooking rock hill? But rock hill wasn't having it and pulled it out. I think ironton wins by 28 or more.

Everyone knows the outcome. Unfortunately, the rest of the OVC can't compete. It's nice to see GA having a solid season.

Can’t compete in football. Ovc is wide open in other sports. But football yeah there are supreme.

If their Defense isn't up to par it could be a long night for the Blue Devils.

Same thing different week different opponent. Ironton won’t see competition until regional semis.

ironton absolutely has to clean up all the penalties. i would say coach pendleton drills that into his team this week. that part of the game is just about a lack of discipline. and the coach will clean that up. ironton unloaded every can of hornet spray on coal grove that could be found in ironton. i thought this would be much more contested. i was shocked to see the mighty redmen knock them from the ranks of the unbeaten. did the devils look past the redmen, or have the redmen started to get things together. i think it has to be one of the bigger wins in tribe country.
ironton has the horses, and they are deep. but the time of year has come that crucial penalties can be fatal for your team.

You've run your mouth all season about, in your words, "The Ironton Fighting Transfers". Are you going to show up at The Tank Friday to take in what a successful program looks like? The crowd, the band, cheerleaders, and of course the team. The atmosphere that your town can't come close to football Friday nights. Come on down and see how it's done. Win or lose Ironton pride.
