The MAC, the conference itself, is 336-91 all time in the playoffs. Here’s State Championships by schools in the Conference for football:

Collectively, across the board, the MAC has won at least 145 State Championships in Athletics. There’s not a better conference for High School Athletics in the United States. At least twice since 2000, the MAC has won the state championship for football in 3 separate divisions in the same year.
