Sorry, I forgot I was on the Jackson/Chillicothe thread. I think I thought I was on the Jackson/WCH thread.VetteMan wrote: ↑Mon Oct 17, 2022 11:49 pm If #23 was the tight end/defensive end that you are talking about, the Ironmen ran around him just as they did every other defensive player. I left at the start of the 3rd Qtr when the score became 49-0. I'm pretty sure that he didn't have a reception in the first half. Not sure about the 2nd half, as the WCH starters did play the whole game even with the Ironmen backups playing the majority of the 2nd half. At the half the radio announcer's said that WCH had a +1 yard for the first half. I could be wrong about this, but I was told later that WCH did score a TD against the Ironmen starters, and then their last 2 TD against the backups.

Jackson is way too much for Chillicothe interior wise. Chillicothe better spread them out and get the ball out quickly or its going to be a long night for the Cavs.CharlieMurphy wrote: ↑Mon Oct 17, 2022 10:33 pm SEC pretty sure Kentucky is in the SEC, pretty sure that tight end we saw last week is going to an SEC school too. Roethlisberger, Cooper Rush both QBs that went to MAC schools. Josh Allen went to Wyoming..So mumbo jumbo SEC blah blah. If you can't get the ball to him, it's not gonna matter what school they going to

Re: Week 10 Jackson @ Chillicothe FAC Championship
Chillicothe is absolutely a threat.
What will be the gameplan to attack Jackson?
Starts up front. Can they hold their own?
If Jackson comes in ready, and limits turnovers, and penalties they will win easily.
Adults, Jackson posters on here know how important that is to not overlook Chillicothe. Just bc WCH beat Chilli. And Jackson beat them by 100 doesn't matter in this rivalry game. Chilli not afraid of Jackson, but can they hang physically for 4qtrs?

Jackson knows how good Chillicothe is. They’ve seen the signing parties , heard all about the talent. But Jackson isn’t scared of big bad Chillicothe. They’ll walk right into that stadium ready for a fight.MadeInRossCounty wrote: ↑Tue Oct 18, 2022 9:10 am Chillicothe is absolutely a threat.

This clown always acts like Jackson is division 1 and his cavs are division 6. Talks all year about the talent then acts like their is no way Chillicothe can beat Jackson. Based on the WCH loss and how they couldn't physically impose themselves on Hilsboro.Ed Gennero wrote: ↑Tue Oct 18, 2022 9:33 amWhy would chilli be afraid of Jackson and why wouldn’t they be able to hang with them physically?MadeInRossCounty wrote: ↑Tue Oct 18, 2022 9:10 am Chillicothe is absolutely a threat.

If Chillicothe got beat physically by those teams then shame on them. Re: Week 10 Jackson @ Chillicothe FAC Championship
Chillicothe isn’t a physical team they are finesse they run 4 or 5 wide and get the ball out they play bend but don’t break defense teams have run the ball well against chilli all year but Chillicothe doesn’t let many qbs go over 100 in the air great dbs. Galloway is much more athletic than Lemaster From WCH plays spread out catches screens also lines up conventional TE the problem for Chillicothe is he isn’t getting enough touches averaging over 30 yards per catch and only getting 2 or 3 balls a game it makes no sense against London and Westerville he had about 7 or 8 catches he will need 8-10 touches for chilli to compete
Re: Week 10 Jackson @ Chillicothe FAC Championship
Also the Chillicothe teams that have beat Jackson in the past have had mobile QBs great athletes that make plays when protection breaks down Doughty isn’t mobile at all and is also a bit of a headcase under pressure in the pocket Chillicothe will roll him out a bunch and if he can get in a rhythm he can carve you up if not he gets in his head and turns the ball over. Can chilli come out fast and clicking will be the key to success

Re: Week 10 Jackson @ Chillicothe FAC Championship
Jackson knows Chillicothe will be ready. Since 2016 this series is all tied up. There hasn’t been domination from one side. Chillicothe beat up on Jackson for about 2 years straight and Jackson was finally able to figure them out. This one will be closeMadeInRossCounty wrote: ↑Tue Oct 18, 2022 9:10 am Chillicothe is absolutely a threat.

Re: Week 10 Jackson @ Chillicothe FAC Championship
I am not going to over analyze this game. Jackson is trending in the right direction, playing their best football of their season. Momentum is on their side. Chillicothe has had costly injuries and when you are missing your integral pieces in your biggest game, it is tough on kids to try doing too much. Give me Jackson and by two or more scores.
Re: Week 10 Jackson @ Chillicothe FAC Championship
If Jackson plays good executed football and comes out of the gate hot it could be a 4 score game. If not it could be close. Give me Jackson 35 Chillicothe 10

How is 44 for Chillicothe? Heard he got hurt a few weeks ago.
Such an outstanding, hard-nosed, old school football player. Truly enjoyed watching him in Logan a few weeks ago. He can be a difference maker.

He is done for the year. Broken ankle. I would honestly take Chilli in this matchup. This game would be for the outright league title too.loganlocos wrote: ↑Tue Oct 18, 2022 1:49 pm How is 44 for Chillicothe? Heard he got hurt a few weeks ago.
