This playoff appearance the first in how long ? I Koenig the 1993 regional runner up team. The 1999 TVC champ team I don’t recall if they made it postseason or not. That’s about the time they took the top 8.

VC has been in the playoffs the past two years. 2020 played Gallipolis and last year Meadowbrook. 2020 season everyone went but Vc I believe finished 11th in the region and last year was top 12 as well.

I remember watching that 93 team play Ironton, that was the best team from southern Ohio. Minus Athens 2014

I do too. I was a little kid trying to catch a glimpse of it.

I was wrong. In 2020 Vc hosted Union Local and won, then went to Gallipolis and lost. Yes it was covid and everyone went but Vc was still 11th in the region
