Your wrong 95 percent of his yards were first half none were “mop up duty”

Jackson or Athens
Jackson would be way closer for Coal Grove. My guess is Athens or Logan

Cadets played at Logan this season. Thought they didn’t like letting a team play twice in the same stadium? Thought Cadets did play at Zanesville twice before.
In 2013 Trimble played back to back at Zanesville, regional semi and regional final

Kinda wild to score 47 points and not complete a pass.

whomever wins the LOS wins the game
Fort is playing its best right now. I think LOS is where they are the best.

FF been playing it’s best for some time now. they are gonna get that trophy in the case at some point. Coal Grove can run the football well and i know you know this but for those that don’t. you may wanna read a scouting report about coal grove cause they have a workhorse in the backfield too and for there to be a workhorse in the backfield means there’s some mules up front

the biggest reason i think coal grove COULD not WILL give FF trouble is because they can do the same things FF does

again. i don’t have a dog in the fight just simply a life fan of high school football and i coukd see Coal grove givin FF run. again. who wins the LOS.

Coal Grove won’t know where the ball is. Also Cadets DL and those 2 Mlbs are going to put on a show.

Is it now Coal Grove High School? Did they drop the Dawson-Bryant name?

I’ve seen some of the CG game. Hall is a big kid that runs low to the ground. Hard to stop. But if you are gonna be that one dimensional coach Ross wiry have that stopped right away. As for our offense I truly think it can put points on anyone in D6 including ML and Kirtland. Not saying we beat them teams but we cold score on them. Gonna be a tough matchup for CG this week. Need a lot of things to go their way.

And 6 points all night! Way to go, 55-6! Ironton stopped Chase Hall and Coal Grove. Get over it and move on.

Hall is an outstanding running back as well as an all around tremendous athlete. Even at that, it would be hard for me to think that CG will be able to beat the Cadets unless they are able to shore up their defense quite a bit. Still, Congrats to both teams for advancing to the Regional Semifinals. Really hope for an injury free game for both teams.

Myself, I always thought that Lancaster was a great place to be hosting playoff games. Ten or twelve years ago, if they would have had tuff instead of grass, I think they would have continued hosting regularly.

Jason Vorhees wrote: Sat Nov 05, 2022 7:23 pm That Statistic is deceptive, though. Hall had a great first half against Ironton. Probably 150 of his 200 total yards came in the first half. Hall is legit. Big, strong, and very fast to boot. I really don’t know his size but he’s a runner that seems to be tougher to take down over time.

More than the LOS, I think that this game will come down to whether or not Coal Grove can get into a rhythm early. If they can it could be very interesting. I noticed that some of the other key players for Coal Grove played well last night, too.

For Fort Frye, they can go fast or slow. Their offense is very hard to prepare for and they have multiple weapons they can use on offense.

Is this game close for a while or does Fort Frye flex their muscle offensively and defensively?

I think that this game is very interesting for a half, maybe longer. Depends on how Coal Grove’s defense plays.
CG plays zero D. The road ends for CG against FF. Other than Ironton the only team they will and have played D

Lancaster can be an above-average place to watch a game at. It’ll be a little “out of the way” for the fans of both teams, but it’s a very respectable facility. I would put it in the top half, at least, of SEO facilities for playoff purposes.
