Didn't matter who played for West last night. Ironton attacked West where ever they wanted. West fans who posted they have a physical teamwobycat wrote: Sat Nov 12, 2022 10:06 amOk thanks. No you’re wrong! This team is physical and has been all year and I’m sure the Tigers who actually played last night will tell you the same! Sometimes your opponents are just better! When you play a team with as many athletes as Itown has that happens. I can tell this, I bet you wasn’t worth a dime playing (If you even played) the way you want to ride these kids coat tails and talk cheap about these young men.
West did all they can with what they had just as every other team did that played the Tigers. The Tigers should be good and should win it all! Only time will tell….

I'll bite, sam. I played but...I can tell this, I bet you wasn’t worth a dime playing (If you even played).
Without the interception it would have been a shutout. I read all week on here about how tough West was and
that they could pull off a win. Without the interception it's a shutout. Fact, Jack.

There is only 1 team standing at the end. West has nothing to be ashamed of, they had a great season and just came up short against a team that is on a mission. There are a lot of team out there that wish they would have won 2 playoff games.

The OVC and SOC teams can't compete with Ironton all stars from all over the surrounding counties and even states , wonder how them kids will display their rings, certificates etc when it says Ironton tigers of Lawrence county Ohio and they live in , Ashland, Huntington, Mississippi, Lucasville etc
, not earned but shady
Re: Round 3- #5. Portsmouth West (11-1) Vs # 1. Ironton (12-0)
After listening to all the crap on thread . So called adults running their mouth about Ironton and the kids that go to school and don’t have a clue what their talking about. Why don’t you call the parents of these lids and ask them why moved here and stop talking about things you don’t have a clue. Ask the parents who called them to recruit their son. And quit the ignore.
And to say with the recruites Ironton should win it all is stupid their are 8 teams left playing for the same goal.

Use to be guidelines to go by at one time seems they are no more.
God people talk about the game not your hate for another team or people.

I agree that his resume is impressive, but you love tooting his horn a little too much and it’s a little weird. Just saying…XandOs wrote: Wed Nov 09, 2022 11:46 am Pick any HS coach in Ohio first 5 years as a HC. I bet Pendelton resume stands up with anyone. Even the legend Coach Lutz. Pendelton first 5 years to date is better.
Just saw a post on Facebook.
