Could be a 4 team fight for the top spot in the OVC.
1. Fairland - Returning Champs and Dynasty
2. Gallia - Most dominant player in the OVC
3. South Point - Most athletic with a great player in Lovely
4. Portsmouth - Right behind Pointers with athletic kids, but Defense is liability for now

Looking for South Point and Portsmouth to wake up after getting wake up calls in their opening/early games.

Hoping for some good matchups tonight.

I thought the SOC2 would be wild, but the OVC might be even crazier. Chesapeake goes on the road and beats a very good South Point team, only to turn around and lose to Rock Hill at home.

Going to be an interesting basketball season to say the least !

Portsmouth had better tighten up its defense if they want to get out of the basement of the OVC. 72.5 PPG given up through 2 games.
