I think my forecast is on track.

I might adjust amounts a little here and there where needed when the computer data comes in later tonight.

Thinking 3 to 6 inches down along the river tomorrow. 6 to 8 additional inches from Chillicothe and Logan northward.

All this hype for nothing so far.

Ok, gosh darnit. this makes me mad. Maybe im just on edge and under stress in life right now. But if you would actully read my darn forecast (Or even the NWS forecast) you would see that Jackson and Portsmouth were supposed to get mostly rain and sleet today. Some light snow later tonight. and then several inches of snow tomorrow.

I am tired of people who know nothing about the weather being too critical of weather forecasters.

most of these people dont even read forecasts in details. They dont bother to see where the storm is coming from and what the overall situation is.

I wasn't calling you out specifically, I was just saying there was too much hype for this storm in this area, it was all the people at my school were talking about and they let us out of school early because of it, and for what? A few snowflakes so far. I have read your forecast, I was just saying the hype that people had for the storm in my area, it really hasn't amounted to anything.

I would say we might have 8 inches as of 8:30 am. My gauge goes to seven inches and it stacked on top by an inch or more.If the snow yesterday morning would have been like powder we would be near a foot.

We didn't get any sleet this morning. Our local guy says we are good till Friday. What do you say NLP ? I have some running to do this week. Thanks for the big warning for this past weekend. I was prepared and just watched it from my window.
