I agree rankings are crap. Marian will be there in the end. However there is no question Fairland is the best team in the SE district. Probably by 30.. probably don’t want to hear this, but they are definitely in the conversation for the best team in the state, legitimately.

They probably will win a district in D2, but it’s a whole different world than D3, so I’d pump the brakes on the better than everyone else by 30

I know comparing scores is a crapshoot, but Sheridan beat John Glenn by 3 and fairland beat them by 31. So can I say they are better than everyone else by 28? I’ll stand by my word they are going to roll through the district. I could be wrong.

They were supposed to play at the Tri-State Throwdown (at Fairland) but Martin Co KY dropped out last minute. So Fairland as the host, gave Notre Dame the game w/ Martin Co's opponent.

47-7 at halftime tonight against Fairland’s rival who has a good team. 2 freshman lead team in scoring tonight for the dragons. This team is loaded. Returned everyone from last years elite eight team and then have two freshman lead in scoring. A different freshman led in scoring last game. They have another freshman on the bench not playing much that would start for almost every conference team this year. I’ve watched quite a few of their games this year. Hard to see them not getting to final four, but anything can happen. The coach has a great few years coming.
