Aiden Werner out of Eastern will most likely run in the distance events. He's only a freshman, but his mile times during XC were in the 5:30 range. He will compete against Mitch Green for sure.

Couldn't really say at this time. Only meet showing up right now is where they are at South Gallia along with eight other schools.

I noticed today that Boles from Waverly is out for indoor track. If he is out this spring it will make a big difference for Waverly. His speed will bring some much-needed points. In a lot of meets Waverly should get an automatic 20 points in the sprints for the 100/200. Him being 4th man on a couple relays will have him catching and passing several teams. Really missed getting his stats last spring. Good luck this spring young man.

Field..... Discus N. Pennington with 107' 10" and T. Kingrey at 107' 00', Shot put will have N. Pennington at 43' 05.50" and J. Pico at 42' 03"

Noah Pennington will not be throwing for minford this year. Had off-season surgery for football related injury and is focusing on getting ready for football season.
Pica threw in the 43-44 range at an indoor meet a few weeks ago.

He's not out for outdoor track as this runs into his baseball season. Blake Osborne should take over the hurdles but he's a freshman so I'm sure he'll have his ups and downs he ran indoor track so it should've got him a bit more ready for the outdoor season. Likewise Waverly has another freshman who should be in the short distances as well in Carson Peters again he's only a freshman but as an 8th grader he almost bested Stoller's best time in the 100 and his 200M time was better than Green's as well. Just don't think we'll have a lot of depth to be able to rack up the points in multiple events, we'll see though.

That was last season with the football injury. Boles didn't play football this past season and I'm not for sure the school name but I thought he had already accepted an offer to play baseball at a DII school I believe.

Alex did commit to Wabash Valley College (D1) to play baseball. They are one of the Top D1 JUCO schools in the Country. From what I know is that Alex and Coach Green are going over the schedule and see what meets he can make and what meets he can't. As far as indoor went, he qualified for the State and tweaked his hamstring and called it a season. His time in the 60m placed him in the Top 50 in the US. We are just hoping for a Healthy season for baseball and hopefully mix in some track meets.
