Re: Northwest possibly destroying their own program??
Could be......but several teams on that schedule are trying to find replacement games. That is the facts. So if they cannot find replacements is NW going to honor the SOC contract? Or will they forfeit the games? Several people posting that should know the facts, but they say they are clueless beyond the tentative schedule posted before the issue arose. Either way NW is only hurting the kids, and taxpayers in all of this. State of the art facilities being squandered.

They may have to forfeit some games. Not going to have very many kids.ValleyStrong wrote: ↑Fri May 26, 2023 12:55 pm Could be......but several teams on that schedule are trying to find replacement games. That is the facts. Oak Hill is D6 with a CB of 155

I don't understand all of this but I know I want the best for the kids.

Re: Northwest possibly destroying their own program??
I personally think the SVC would be a a good fit for Northwest.

?????? Interesting on the transfer. Guess Irontom didn't fit the bill if that is true. SVC would probably be a good fit, but that travel would be awful. Probably be a mid-level team up there, not sure if that offense would do any good. against the top 3 though. Wonder if they would even agree to let them in.

Northwest to the SVC for football would make a little sense other than that I don’t think many people will want to make a drive to Williamsport on a Tuesday night if they went for all sports

Re: Northwest possibly destroying their own program??
Yeah and they're right there with P. West who has 168 counting CB. Wheelersburg is at 176 but the CB adjust them to 196. Minford is at 176 counting CB. So they're not some "small" DV school and that makes it ok to play DVII all day every day. Teams like NW, Valley and OH and some of the OVC teams are really why they should combine and split into divisions they can make the level of play much more even across the board.ValleyStrong wrote: ↑Sat May 27, 2023 6:24 pmNorthwest is Divisiom 5 with a CB of 165mustard wrote: ↑Sat May 27, 2023 4:55 pmhow big is northwest?BigBlueNation wrote: ↑Sat May 27, 2023 2:40 pm

Ironton is pretty well set at WR, why do you think he went back to NW? He’ll be the big dog on the team at NW, not so much at Ironton.
