well it’s not hard. ironton coaches are goin around once again and rounding up as much local talent from other teams to try overcome the incompetency of sealing the deal at the state championship…

meanwhile all the ironton fans are down at the auger inn gettin chubbies for all the new athletic boys coming in and gettin on this chat forum and braggin up how they are gonna work over burg and south point…

He is From Spring Valley High School, part of consolidated Huntington, which is a merge of the Huntington area & Ceredo Kenova, & Perhaps another small/er High School on that side of Huntington. They are big school Division & were 8-3 last season.

Cabell MidLand & HHS are their direct rivals.

I cannot find stats on him , but can see him Listed on Spring Valley’s Roster the past 2-seasons.

LAST YEAR (10th) 5-10 /185 RB/ G

THIS YEAR (11th) 6-0/210 RB/G/TE

I only found video
& recaps on a couple games of which they win both.

Based on that I can see he had less reps to 3-other big & fast backs, & ALL are back this season!

If transfer happens, looks like he wants a chance to step up & be exposed to all the energy at IHS right Now!!!

He’s not an impact player like some we’ve seen, don’t know that he even started at Spring Valley. He’ll add some depth though I guess., if he’s coming

I know, the guy you’re talking about is a bit bigger, something like 6’4 250 or so. I never heard anything about this other kid posted until I seen it on here and tried looking him up, couldn’t find much on him. The guy you’re talking about has already enrolled at Ironton.

Rumors about kids leaving and switching to Ironton happens about everyday, I’ll believe it when the the roster comes out in Aug. I noticed Lintz was not at the 7v7 last week and just heard he might be switching back to NW.
