Agree. Harrison comes in at apprx 16-12 record and played Eastern (low seed) while Wheelersburg and Valley played yesterday at 4 and 5 seeds. There needs to be a re-seeding at district and regional levels and games need to be closer together for Sectionals. This would eliminate teams that ride 1 pitcher through the district.
You can't ride one pitcher through the districts. Games are two days apart. Regional is back to back days.
Should have said TO the districts and 1st game into. I'm saying Sectionals should be closer to the district games.
They want all District games on turf. That is why there is a separation between Sectionals and Districts. Very few games rained out then.

SE district board is doing an injustice to SE Ohio teams on regionals. Regionals are based out of districts and each district gets an opportunity to host a Regional tournament. The VA hosted the Div 3 for yrs until a few teams complained about having g to wear turf shoes so the Ohsaa moved the final to another site. This yr to Lancaster . The Final should be played at the same site as The Semis. SE district needs to step up and start fighting for the SE ohio teams they represent.

Should it be the case that Beavers has D2 and D4, and the VA (or OU) gets D3?

There might not be right or wrong answers as to how to move forward, just that whatever the future site arrangements could be will require some give-and-take. Being bound with the East District for regionals, which doesn’t really have any easily accessible facilities for teams from the Central/Southeast is probably being the bugaboo with how the sites are chosen for both regional semi’s and regional finals.

The SE district should have a regional championship in any division either at VA or OU. But there should be one!!

Agree. D3 Regional has always been played at the VA. The whole Regional. Sometimes, games were moved up because of the Paints.

Why? Each level provides a reset.
