Jr. Derrick Taylor of South Point comes into 2024 with the top throw of 162' 07". He is followed by Sr. Noah Fetters of Zane Trace with a throw of 156' 10", Soph Cashton Adkins from Wheelersburg at 152' 04" and his teammate Sr. Cody Risner with 150' 00". Sr. Triston Daily from Fairland with a 147' 08" followed by Jr. Tysen Kingrey with 141' 03". The duel from Wheelersburg Adkins and Risner will have a relay of 302' 08" and Fetters/Bower of Zane Trace will have 289' 04". The top ten boys will have four from the SOC and three from the OVC. Northwest will have the states #2 thrower from the MS coming up, Zane Trace will have Brice Johnson, Logan will have Jackson Cordle and South Point has Breylin Staley coming up.
