Wellston is greatly improved from last year. Fairland coming off an emotional win and with Ironton looming next week, do they get caught looking ahead? What’s your thoughts?

This a very bad match up for Wellston. I believe this will be as bad as Fairland wants.

In listening to the Wrap-Up of the Oak Hill/Wellston game last week, unless I'm mistaken, the announcer said that the Rockets had over 350 yards rushing against Oak Hill, even though they only won the game by a 12-9 score. I know none of the other Stats, just what I think i heard him say. It's probably safe to say that the Rockets will need more than 12 points to come home with a win down in Dragon land this coming Friday night.

Dragons fly higher than the Rockets. Wellston shortens the game by running but can't stop Fairland from scoring at will. 34-13

Game shouldn’t be close. Fairland has superior talent at just about every spot. Hunt should be counted on for 100 plus receiving yards every night. Nobody for West could match up with him and I don’t see Wellston being able to stop him. Jack Hayden has big play ability after the catch and then when you add in 2 headed rushing attack of Cremeans and Kitts it’s easy to see Fairland having this game wrapped up by half time with a running clock to start preparing for Ironton next week.

Besides the one deep catch at the end of the game, everything else was just screen passes. So I can only recall that one play Hunt got behind West! West never got beat deep but that one time...Jackson's deep passes was all off with the exceptions of that last drive...

49 - 0 at the Half. Fairland way to much. Ran the opening kick off back, and rolled from there. Wellston had maybe 3 first downs in first half. Time for the back ups.

It’s going to be a close game. Ironton is going to get all they want from Fairland.
