My son gos nuts for Reid when we are sitting in AA seats at the shoe. He’s very humble still. My boy thinks it’s the coolest thing ever seeing him play for Ohio state after seeing him play at ironton. He would scream his head off when Reid was playing special teams.

Makya Matthews - BURG. Junior at D2 Findlay. Was just named G-MAC athlete of the week for his performance this past Saturday in their conference opener. 153 yards of total offense with a touchdown and a tackle on special teams. He's also a grad student in their school of pharmacy.

This past weekend, former Meigs Alumni Coulter Cleand and Ty Bartrum made players of the week with their teams. Coulter plays for Davidson and Ty plays for Harvard. Local TVC kids making an impact at the D1 level.

Coulter - QB- 17/21, 303 yds passing and 5 TDs. Coulter also made the play of the week on ESPN.
Ty - Safety - Had 9 tackles and an interception that he returned 96 yards for a TD
