September 8, 2023 Meigs 0 - 54 Vinton County
TVC play starts this week for these two Ohio division teams. Can Meigs pick up a win on their new turf or can VC continue their streak against the Marauders? Last years TVC 2nd place vs 3rd in this matchup. If either wants a crack at the Buckeyes, they have to win this game.

Re: Week 4: Vinton County @ Meigs
As long as Meigs doesn’t score 21 or more, VC should win. VC can’t seem to get the offense where it needs to be for a championship team. Defense has been pretty darn good.
Re: Week 4: Vinton County @ Meigs
Meigs has played a brutal schedule as the teams they have played are a combined 8-1. However, I feel Vinton County
will win.
will win.

Is that coach still there who gave the game away a few years ago? Hope he still calls plays
Re: Week 4: Vinton County @ Meigs
Coach TJ Carper is 1-0 against Meigs. Meigs cancelled his first year and Meigs lost 42-6 last year. So I’m guessing no.MarauderMadness wrote: ↑Sun Sep 03, 2023 8:13 pm Is that coach still there who gave the game away a few years ago? Hope he still calls plays

Vc should win by 3 touchdowns-- defense is playing great-- we need to get better on our offensive line...

Ashton Allman coming back for VC is a giant improvement, and I mean the word giant literal; 6’6”, 250lbs and a D1 commit. He played a bit last week after missing the first two games. His Dad says he’s full go this week.
Re: Week 4: Vinton County @ Meigs
Think VC wins this one pretty easily, although I can’t say I wasn’t a bit surprised by the Meigs score last week. Good luck to both!
Go Bucks!!

I hate to hear that I know they thought they’d be good up front this year

Re: Week 4: Vinton County @ Meigs
I feel like if VC brings their "A" game, then it'll be all VC. But, this could be one of those trap games if they don't take Meigs seriously. Coal Grove almost found that out the hard way.
Re: Week 4: Vinton County @ Meigs
The faster vc starts the better I will feel
I think vc wins if they start fast it will get ugly
Let meigs hang around might lose

Re: Week 4: Vinton County @ Meigs
Will there be a live stream for this game?
You can’t spell TVC without VC
Re: Week 4: Vinton County @ Meigs
Agree. I'm still a little confused at the great start that Meigs had against Coal Grove. No doubt Meigs probably feels as if they let one get away last week-end. Meigs at home will always give a great effort. Hope both teams have an injury free game.Union Local Kid wrote: ↑Thu Sep 07, 2023 10:15 am I feel like if VC brings their "A" game, then it'll be all VC.
