This needed to happen in the past, but honestly it doesn't look like they're the bottom of the SOC II now.
I would like to see a promotion/relegation system set up between the two conferences, but I doubt we will ever see that.

After seeing this Waverly might need to go independent for soccer, just can’t compete with the stacked SOC. But are dominant playing schools like Westfall and wellston ( not saying by any means are these good soccer teams) but maybe a weaker schedule? Or just SOC 1? Waverly lost 1-2 against St.Joe which are a tough team and control the SOC 1 easily.
