Unioto has won the SVC one time since 1998 and it wasn’t with any of the other 9 coaches that they had in that time frame

This schtick is tired after every game. The program went winless 15 seasons ago and has slowly been on the way up. They still aren’t ready to compete in Region 16, but, they are way closer than they’ve ever been.

First gold ball in 25 years! Yes Hoops had some blunders tonight but they historically are not a football school.
But why did they not beef up their schedule? Beating up on the lowly SVC including 3 D6 schools, is not going to get it done!!!!!

Urbana was battle tested seeing some much larger schools than them. Hell scheudke Chillicothe, got nothing to lose!

I’m pretty sure the scheduling will change with Combs as the AD. It has gotten stronger in the other sports already, so I think it will improve.

It’s fine. If y’all are ok with getting embarrassed at home in the first round every year then go ahead. Ethan Summar is our best LB and didn’t play defense. Urbana was picking on 13 and never adjusted. Outcoached like crazy. Fantastic 50 had us as favorites and we lost by 35.

Will the league ever vote on that? Or will they continue to table it because it doesn’t make financially to have Unioto leave or for Unioto to leave themselves?

That’s what it will come down to, not competitiveness, but financials like it always has.

I’d like to see Unioto leave and I’ve said that for years, but I’m sure it won’t happen because there are more things to sports than sports and money is what makes moves.
