I think wheelersburg does indeed have very good coaching. I’m not sure what your problem is with their coaching staff but they do a good job. It is very easy to criticize from behind a screen. Maybe you should offer them some pointers on how to improve. Face to face of course.

Sounds like the Tigers, who aren't coached and get worse every week, played these guys a lot tougher than the Pirates, who improve each week and were possible state champion good according to some.

As for Burg, the D has done a great job. The O made zero improvement over the year.

In the last two seasons the story of wheelersburg football is this.

Vs Ironton 0 - 2
Vs Jackson 0 - 2
Vs West 1 - 1
Vs Prep 0 - 4.

And Burg football has only won the region 3 times in the last 25+ years/seasons.

Burg can't beat the best in their region. Plain and simple.
