Relays teams will have thirteen runners back from sixteen. The 4x100 has a near top twenty time and returns three. The 4x200 also will have three back from a top twenty time. 4x400 all runners return from a top ten time. 4x800 three come back from a top twenty time. 110 hurdles will have Brady Noble. Noble and Darius Wagner will be in the 300. Bryson Smith will be in the 100 meters. Liam Ray will be doing the 200. Joey Francis will have a top twenty time in the 400. R. Willis and Lucas King should do the 800. R. Richendollar brings a top ten time for the 1600 and he will be joined with Ryan Willis. Richendollar also brings a top ten time in the 3200. Liam Ray will be in the high jump with an 5' 08" jump which places him in the top twenty. Joey Francis and Bryson Smith are in the long jump. Caden Jones has the shot put. Don't see much in the pole vault.

Alexander

Relays will not be very strong. 4x100 will have two boys back along with the 4x200. Couldn't find very much on the 4x400. 4x800 will have three runners back with a time of 9:38.81. In the 110 hurdles J. Roush will have an 18.55 and he will have a 47.00 in the 300. 100 meters show I. Waller and R. Walts with the best times. Same two boys will be in the 200. T. Wallace and T. Brooks could be in the 400. 800 should have I. Payton and Wallace. In the 1600 I. Payton has a 5:36.82 with A. Hall as the #2 runner. Don't see much in the 3200. T. Brooks will do the discus. J. Roush in the high jump and R. Wolts will be in the long jump. Not very much found in the shot put or the pole vault.

Athens

Relays will have 12 of 16 back. 4x100 returns four runners from a top ten time of 44.90. 4x200 will have three boys back from a top ten time of 1:33.83. 4x400 shows 2 boys back from another top ten time of 3:37.99. 4x800 with 3 back from a top ten time of 8:47.39. 110 hurdles will see L. Anglin with a 16.63 a top 20 and J. Burdin with an 18.15. The 300 will have Anglin with a top ten time of 41.62 with J. Burdin with a 45.11. The 100 has A. Sutton 11.20 a top ten time and M. Heflin at 11.29 a top twenty time. Sutton will have a top twenty time in the 200 at 23.10 and T. Smith at 23.89. 400 has A. Wotschka and T. Smith. A. Wotschka has a top twenty time in the 800 with M. Relays should do well this year with 13 runners back. The 4x100 has three runners returning. 4x200, 1:39.79 is the only relay team with everyone back and has a top twenty time. 4x400 has a top twenty time back of 3:34.93. The 4x800 will see three boys returning from a top ten time from 2023 of 8:20.78. The hurdles will have C. Maze and L. Davis in the 110 and Maze and C. Norman in the 300. 100 meters will have A. Mullins and D. Rickman. 200 should see Mullins and M. Cebolla. C. Norman will bring a top twenty time in the 400, 53.46 and the M. Cebolla will be the #2 runner. The 800 has C. Norman with a top ten time of 1:59.07 with M. Cebolla at the second spot. B. Rodgers will have a top ten time of 4:27.46 in the 1600. The 3200 will have Rodgers with a 9:26.22 which is a top ten time and J. Miller will have a top twenty time. M. Rasmussen and B. McCullough are in the discus. The shot put has J. Bass and M. Parker. L. Davis and C. Maze will be doing the long jump. Not much showing in the high jump of the pole vault.

Relays look really good with 13 of the 16 runners coming back for 2024. 4x100 three return from a top twenty time of 45.43. 4x200 only have two coming back from a top twenty time of 1:38.05. 4x400 will have four coming back from a time of 3:49.26 and a top ten time. 4x800 four return here too with a top ten time of 9:31.02. The 110 hurdles will have C. Burgess with the best time in SEO at 14.95 and the #2 runner of J. Harris has a top ten time of 16.11. Burgess will also have the best time in SEO of 39.59 for the 300. 100 meters will have Burgess and C. Shockley. 200 Burgess will have a top ten time of 22.99 with Shockey at the second spot with a 23.84. E. Kerns and T. Collinsworth will do the 400. The 800 has D. O' Neil and T. Ball. K. Harris and L. Diamond will be in the 1600. The 3200 should see K. Harris at a top twenty time of 10:38.46 with Diamond in the second spot. J. Skeens has a top ten throw of 135' 09" in the discus with C. Caldwell in the #2 spot with a throw of 128' 05" which is a top twenty throw. Shot put should see C. Calderon and G. Napier. Mason Giles will be in the high jump and the long jump. C. Davis has a top ten pole vault at 12' 04" and D. Plants gas a vault of 11' 00".

Chillicothe

Relays look to be in good shape with twelve runners back for the four relays. 4x100 has three back from a 2023 top ten. 4x200 is the same. 4x400 looks to have three with a top twenty time. 4x800 has three from a top twenty. The 110 hurdles will have K. Allen back with a top ten time of 16.22 and C. Hirschler will be the #2 runner. Allen has a 46.11 in the 300 with Hirschler the second runner. 100 will see M. Lewis with a 11.32 a top twenty time. S. Smith has a 11.63. 200 has L. Rinehart with a top ten time of 22.82 with M. Willison at 22.96 also a top ten time. L. Rinehart will have a top ten time of 50.19 in the 400 and M. Willison time of 51.61 is a top ten time. R. Blum and D Hurff will run the 800. Hurff will run the 1600 with a top twenty time of 4:41.25 with R. Blum the #2 runner. The 3200 has Hurff with a top ten time of 10:29.34 with Blum at 10:58.83. Discus looks to have C. Crawford and J. Lowry. Crawford will do the shot put. Rinehart is in the high jump. M. Beverly and Hirschler is doing the long jump. Pole vault will see Hirschler.

Circleville

With twelve of 16 runners coming back the relays look better than average. 4x100 had a top ten-time last year but only return two runners. 4x200 is just like the 4x100. 4x400 will have four runners back from a 3:58.88. 4x800 had a top twenty time in 2023 and return those same runners. 110/300 does not show a lot. The 100 meters have D. Cutliff and J. Blair. Cutliff will also be in the 200/400. B. Patrick runs the 800. 1600 shows very little. S. Millins has the 3200. A. Travis and L. McConnell will do the Discus. Shot put has J. Sorrell with a toss of 40' 10.75" with Mason Evert the second man. High jump will see Yancy. Long jump will have Cutliff and O. Graham. C. Kellogg will have a top ten vault of 11' 06" with C. Vangundy as the #2 vaulter.

Dawson-Bryant

Relays should do well with fourteen of the sixteen back. 4x100 has four runners back with a top twenty time. 4x200 will have a top twenty time too along with the four runners. 4x400 will have all four runners back. 4x800 will return just two runners. 110 will have L. Roberts and G. Gipson. Gipson and Roberts will have top twenty times in the 300. 100 meters will see Roberts and K. Murphy. 200 has Murphy and W. Hankins. The 400 should have Hankins with a top twenty time along with B. Young. Young and L. Mcknight are doing the 800. B. Young will do the 1600. L. McKnight and T. Patterson are in the 3200. E. Bazil will be throwing the discus. Shot put has Z. Delawder and C. Huff. Roberts will do the high jump. The long jump has S. Simpson with a top ten leap of 20' 02.50" with Hankins the #2 boy. L. Roberts has a top ten vault in the pole vault of 12'

Eastern Bev.

Eastern will have all sixteen runners back from 2023. Hurdles only show K. Young in the 300. Young will do the 100 meters. L. Cavinder and L. Reinsmith are in the 200. The 400 will have W. Richardson and G. Cody. J. White will do the 800. G. Cody has a time of 4:54.62 in the 1600. Cody will also be in the 3200. B. Tomlison will do the discus. Spot shows B. Tomlison. T. Leist is in the high jump along with L. Slusher. Long jump will be Richardson and Slusher. Just about all SOC teams do not have the pole vault.

Eastern R.

Ten runners will return in the relays. 4x100/4x200 will have three returning. 4x400/4x800 will have two coming back. 110/300 hurdles will see B. Haught. 100/200 meters will also have B. Haught. 400 will have R. Barrell and H. Wilcoxen. C. Nolan will have a 2:07.83 in the 800 and a 4:28.35 in the 1600. Nolan will have a 9:36.15 in the 3200. M. Marcum and M. Sheppard should be in the Discus. Shot put will see Sheppard and Marcum. H. Wilcoxen will do the high jump. Don't see much in the long jump or pole vault.

Eastern W.

Relays might be down this year with only four runners coming back. The 4x100 shows four boys returning and the rest with no one coming back. 110 hurdles show C. Biggers and M. Neu. 300 has Biggers and Gorton. 100 meters has Biggers and Combs. A. Combs looks to be the 200 runner. Gorton will be in the 400. P. West and M. Casteel have the 800. The 1600 should have Casteel and Gorton. T. Slack and D. Fancher will be in the 3200. Discus looks like it will be A. Harness and D. Fancher. E. Moermond and A. Harness should do the shot put. High jump has E. Beath. Biggers will be in the long jump along with E. Beath. M. Casteel will be doing the pole vault.

Fairfield

Nine runners will return for the 2024 relay teams. 4x1 will have two. 4x200 shows no one, 4x400 has three back from a top twenty time. 4x800 has four back. 110 shows nothing. 300 has W. Rowe and G. Rhoades. J. Lerio and J. Dungan in the 100. 200 will see D. Hampton and I. Caldwell. 400 Lerio and Hampton. 800 will have L. Friend and J. Bennington. 1600 should have B. Campbell and Friend. 3200 shows Campbell and G. Achterman. I. Burns and C Ahrmann are in the Discus. Burns will also be in the shot put. Long jump has J. Duncan. Fairfield Christian

Relays look average with nine runners back. The 4x800 will have three back with a 2023 time that was in the top ten. 4x200 has three back from a top twenty time. 110 hurdles will have E. Herron and R. Hutchinson. 300 will have Herron. 100 meters should have D. Blair and K. Debrah and these two will also do the 200.J. Hildenbrand is doing the 400. Hildenbrand will be in the 800. J. McQueary and Hildenbrand are in the 1600. McQueary will also be in the 3200. K. McDowell will be doing the discus and the shot put. D. Blair and E. Herron should do the high jump. Relays look really good with fourteen runners coming back and some top times too. 4x100 had three runners back from a top twenty time of 46.34. The 4x200 shows four runners back with a 1:33.17 time. 4x400 has four returning and their time was 3:44.53 a top ten time. 4x800 returns with a 9:53.65 time and three runners. 110 time are not too bad with T. Fowler at 17.43 and L. Ball with a 17.76. The 300 hurdles will see J. Nida with a top twenty time of 44.01 and Fowler has a 46.12. 100 meters will see W. Davis 11.67 and C. Collins 11.87. 200 will have both Davis and Collins running under 24.00. 400 C. Block and I McNicol are the runners. 800 D. Griffing has a top twenty time of 2:04.39 and O. baker is the #2 runner. 1600 has Griffing and O. Baker. Baker and A. Kujac will be the runners in the 3200. Discus should have T. Dailey with a 147' 08" and W. Callicoat at 129' 07". Shot put will see W. Callicoat a top twenty thrower with a 42' 02" And Callicoat at 41' 06". High jump will have C. Collins at 6' 02" with the #2 jumper being D. Griffing. W. Davis has a 19' 08" long jump with J. Nida at the second spot. C. Black will come in with a 12' 04" pole vault and the next up is G. Ballard.

Fayetteville

Not much showing in the relays or hurdles. 100 meters will have W. Murphy and T. McCarty. 200 will have T. McCarty and G. Valentine. The 400 looks to have McCarty and Murphy. McCarty will do the 800. Don't see very much in the 1600/3200. Murphy and B. Crosley should do the discus. Shot put will be in the hands of I. Dowers and M. Begley. Long jump could be done with McCarty and Dowers.

Federal Hocking

FH will have all sixteen runners back from 2023 and they are young. C. Joy will be in three of the relays. I. Linscott will be in three relays. E. Hill will be in three. 110 hurdles will have l. Linscott. Don't see anything on the 300. 100/200 could have C. Joy and E. Hill. 400 shows Joy and Linscott. E. McPherson will have a near top twenty in the 800 of 2:06.28. McPherson will have a top ten time in the 1600 4:36.21. Not much showing in the 3200. Discus could have J. Householder and K. Artrga. Shot put shows Householder. High jump will have C. Joy with a top ten jump of 5' 10". Hill and L. Christopher are in the long jump. Nothing on the pole vault.

Fisher Catholic

In the relays Fisher will have eleven runners returning. 4x200 will be the only one with four returning and their time is 1:40.63. The 4x400/4x800 had top ten times in 2023. 4x100 will have three back. The 110 hurdles will see D. Neighbors with a near top twenty time of 17.95 the #2 hurdler will be N. Garrabrant. Neighbors will bring a top twenty time in the 300 at 43.97 and Garrabrant will be the number two runner. 100/200 will see very little. The 400 has N. Krile with a top twenty time of 53.72 and Gentle will be right behind at 54.00. 800 will see Gentle with a 1:58.89 which is a top ten time. R. Hagy will be the second runner in the 800. Gentle has a top twenty time in the 1600 with Hagy at the #2 spot. R. Funk will be in the 3200. Don't see very much in the Discus/Shot put. H. O'Reitly will be in the high jump. The long jump will see L. Funk and the pole vault has N. Krile at 11' 00" a top twenty vault.

Fort Frye

Twelve return from the 2023 relay teams. 4x100/4x200 will return two. 4x400 has a top twenty time with a 3:40.79 and the 4x800 returns everyone from an 8:54.85 a top twenty time. C. Campbell will do the 110 hurdles and the 300 hurdles. 100 meters shows J. Yoho and K. Strode. 200 has Strode. 400 will have K. Bauenback and A. Henke. 800 has A. Henke and P. Spindler. P. Spindler and C. Schaad are running the 1600. Spindler has a top twenty time of 10:07.57 for the 3200 and Schaad will be the #2 runner. C. Zimmerman and K. Strode are in the discus. L. Henke and K. Strode will be in the shot put. The high jump should have C. Fouss and D. Dye. Campbell and D. Slaughter will be in the long jump. Pole vault should be Dye and Lipscomb.

Gallia

Relays took a bit of a hit but with ten runners coming back Gallia should be able to find the boys. 4x100 and 4x800 will have three runners back. The 4x100 had a top ten time in 2023. The 4x200 and 4x400 will have two back. The 4x200 had a top twenty in 2023. 110 hurdles should have L. Long and K. Lloyd. Long will be in the 300. 100 meters has Hunter Shamblin with a 11.37 a top twenty time and Hudson Shamblin not too far behind. Hunter will have a top ten time in the 200 with Hudson having a top twenty time. W. Saunders should do the 400 with W. Webb. Saunders and Webb will also do the 800. S. Patterson and W. Webb should do the 1600. Petterson and R. Davis will be in the 3200. C. Mock and T. King in the discus. Shot Put will have D. Siders with M. Henry. Mock will have a top ten high jump and Patterson the #2 man. J. Swain a jump of 19' 07.75 puts him in the top twenty and Saunders not far back with a 19' 00". B. Brown should be pushing 10' in the pole vault.

Green

Relays show only seven runners coming back for 2024.Just the 4x1 and 4x400 will have someone back. 110 doesn't show much. The 300 should have D. Maynard with a 43.10 a top ten time. The 100 meters will have L. Lodwick and D. Salyers. Lodwick will be in the 200. T. Ratliff will do the 400. J. Bailey will be doing the 800 along with the 1600. The 3200 will not have much. E. Wheeler and Brice Chaney are in the discus. Brice Chaney has a 42' 04.75" toss in the shot put with Brett Chaney with a 42' 04.75" toss both top twenty tosses. Long jump has Lodwick and D. Maynard. Don't see anything in the high jump or pole vault.

Hillsboro

Relays will be better than average. The 4x100 and 4x200 have four runners coming back from times that were in the 2023 top ten. The 4x400 and 4x800 will see two coming back from top ten times from 2023. 110/300 hurdles should have M. Hostetler. 100 meters will have J. Hochstul and K. Mhanna. M. Burnes and J. Hochstul will do the 200. A. Bledsoe and C. Swope will be in the 400. T. Davis and R. Howland should be in the 800. C. Winkle and Howland in the 1600. The 3200 has Winkle with a top twenty time of 10:41.28. The field events will be the point getter for Hillsboro. Discus has A. Clemons with a 136' 03" throw and H. McCravey has a throw of 120' 02" Shot put has Clemons with a toss of 46' 11.25" and G. Hawk the #2 man. The high jump might have the best one/two in SEO in S. Kibler at 6' 02" and J. Wagner at 6' 00. Long jump should have two good jumpers in J. Wagner at 20' 00" and S. Kibler with 19' 03". Pole vault will see A. Bledsoe at 10' 06" and C. Swope at 9' 00".

Ironton

Eight runners return for the relays. 4x100 lost all four runners from a top ten time. 4x200 has one runner back from a top ten time. 4x400 will have three runners back from a top ten time of 3:35.56. The 4x800 returns four runners from a 10:20.89. Don't see anything in the hurdles. 100 meters T. Moore and C. Lowe. T. Carmons and C. McDaniel will be in the 200. The 400 has T. Carmons and W. Bumgardner. B. Markins will have a top twenty time in the 800 at 2:05.50. 1600 shows Markins with a near top twenty time. Not much in the 3200. Discus will see M. Wheeler and M. Gleichauf both with near top twenty throws. Shot put has Wheeler and A. Hensley. T. Carmons will have top ten high jump of 5' 10" with Moore the second jumper. Long jump will have C. Lowe with a 20' 07.50 leap which is in the top ten. Nothing in the pole vault.

Jackson

Relays have a chance to be really good. Will need to replace five runners. Three of last year's relay team had top ten times and the fourth was a top twenty. The 110 has B. Bender and T. Coudrett. 300 will also be Bender with C. Harris. The 100 meters will use J. Hutchinson with a top twenty time of 11.26. The #2 guy will be J. Hammons. 200 will be Hutchinson at 23.04 a top twenty-time and Hammons with a 23.66. Hammons should be in the 400 along with E. Broermann. M. Gibson will be doing the 800 with J. Sheets. The 1600 has M. Gibson with a top ten time of 4:40.60 and a 4:55.57 from L. Jolly. Gibson has a 10:36.89 for the 3200 and that is a top twenty time. Come to the field events is what will keep Jackson from beating the big teams. Discus has G. Leach and A Crabtree. Shot put will see G. Snyder and Crabtree. High jump will be best event for big points with C. Harris at 5' 08 a top twenty leap. E. Farly will be the high jump #2 man. Long jump will need to improve just a bit to compete with other long jumpers. Jackson does not do the pole vault.

Logan

Logan should be very strong in all relays this spring. 4x100 will have four runners back from a top ten time. 4x200 has four back from a top ten time. 4x400 also has four back with a top ten time. The 4x800 will return four with a top ten time. 110 hurdles will have two boys back with top ten times in T. Roush and K. Maynard. The 300 has C. Dennis back with a top twenty time and J. Stimmel with a top twenty time. 100 meters will see B. Shriner with a top twenty time and with a near top twenty will be J. Fraley. 200 has Shriner with a top twenty time along with Tucker. 400 should have Tucker with a top twenty time with L. Burns in the second spot. 800 has L. Burns with a top ten time with L. Lytle the #2 guy. 1600 could have C. Martin and C. Bapst. 3200 could see two guys from five that have 10:44.00 to 10:52.00. Discus has K. Wilson with a top ten toss and the next guy is K. Bond. Shot put will see Wilson with a top ten throw along with S. Mulrooney. High jump has K. Maynard with a top ten jump and J. Stimmel with a top twenty jump. Long jump will see Maynard with a top ten time and up-coming J. Mohler pushing 19 feet. In the pole vault C. Warren has a top ten vault and #2-man L. Frasure with a top twenty vault.

Logan Elm

Nine will be back from 2023 in the relays. 4x100 should see three back. 4x200 has two back from a top twenty time in 2023. The 4x400 will just have one back from a team with a top ten-time last year. 4x800 will see three back that had a top twenty time in 2023. 110 hurdles should have T. Bowlby and the 300 will see P. Piacentini. 100 should have M. Bock and the 200 will also have Bock. G. Arneh will be doing the 400. K. Kid will have a top twenty time in the 800 and D. Liggins will be the #2 guy. Kidd and B. Kanniard are in the 1600. P. Disbennett and S. Gaskin should be doing the 3200. H. Kersey will have a top twenty throw of 127' 11" for the discus. L. Renier will be the second guy. S. White and A. Montgomery will be in the shot put. High jump has O. Groff. Long jump has H. Kersey, and the pole vault will have D. Green and H. Palmer.

Lynchburg

Don't have much on the relay teams due to most results for Lynchburg doesn't show names for the relays. Only one I found was the 4x800 with four back. J. Hiron and P. Greene will be in the 110. Hiron will be in the 300. D. Smith and C. Abrhams are in the 100 meters. The 200 will see Greene and D. Smith. Greene will also be in the 400. 800 should have K. Fite and W. Osborn. Kite and Osborne will do the 1600 along with the 3200. A. Bair and C. Blagg should be in the discus. H. Garrett and A. Bain in the shot put. High jump will be Caudill.

Manchester

Only found info on the 4x100, 4x200 and 4x800 and all three will have all runners back. D. Montgomery will be in the 110 hurdles. M. Gillam and H. Raines in the 300. Not much showing for the 100 meters. Montgomery and J. Blythe are doing the 200. Bkythe and R. Mack should be doing the 400. Aiden Jones and Auston Jones are in the 800 while C. Darrnell and R. Raines are in the 1600. Darrnell and Raines will be doing the 3200. Gillam and G. McClanahan will do the discus. L. Neria and Gillam should be in the Shot Put. Long jump has J. Blythe. Don't see anything in the high jump and pole vault.

Marietta

Marietta's relays will be better than average with thirteen coming back. Every team had a top twenty time at the end of 2023. 4x100/4x200 will have all four back. The 4x400 will see two back and the 4x800 three back. C. Chavez and A. Vessells will do the 110 hurdles with Chavez and E. Masselli in the 300. 100 meters should see B. Durham and C. Davis. C. Gebczyk will bring a top twenty time for the 200 with Davis the #2 guy. M. McCabe and B. Bauserman are doing the 400. E. Minard has a 2:00.95 800 and will partner with B. Bauserman. Bauserman and M. McCabe will do the 1600. Bauserman and C. McIntire should do the 3200. In the discus T. Bauer has a near top twenty throw of 125' 11" and he will be with D. Hendershot. Hendershot has a top twenty throw of 41' 11" in the shot put and the #2 guy will be T. Bauer. B. Lent could do the high jump along with B. Hollingsworth. Durham with a 19' 07.50" a top twenty jump and K. Lieras having a near top twenty jump of 19' 03" are doing the long jump. C. Gebczyk has a 11' 10" pole vault which is a top ten vault.

McClain

Matesic with a top twenty time of 53.02 with the #2 guy being J. Luge. C. Davis and J. Luge will do the 800. The 1600 has J. Lugo and Scales with the 3200 having Luge and E. Bogard. Not much on the discus. Shot put will see L. Barnes and A. Ruddle. High jump doesn't show much, and the long jump will have Z. Barron. pole vault will have J. Crago with 11' 06" and J. Miami Trace

Relays will have ten returning this year. 4x100 has two. The 4x200 will have three from a 2023 time of 1:35.25. 4x400 has three with a 2023 time of 3:41.96 and the 4x800 will have two. The 110 will have A. LeBeau with one of the best times in SEO at 15.97 and B. Perkins with a top twenty time of 17.19. 300 has LeBeau with a 42.24 a top ten time and Perkins. J. Manbevers and T. Brown are doing the 100. Manbevers and J. Jones will be running the 200. 400 will have Manbevers and E. Fleihman. K. Hicks and Fleihman have the 800. 1600 will see Fleihman and Everhart. The 3200 Will also have Fleihman and #2-man Everhart. G. Guess and H. Bartruff are in the discus. Shot put will have J. Jones and T. Stevens. High jump has G. Guess and E. Wycuff. C. Gibbs will have a 19' 03" jump in the long jump and Manbevers will be the #2 guy. Pole vault will have B. Perkins at 12' 06" and L. St. Clair with a 9' 06".

Meigs

Only found info on three relays. 4x100 will have four back with a top ten time of 43.89. 4x200 shows four back. 4x800 will have four back. Couldn't find anything about the hurdles. 100 meters has C. Burnem with a top ten time with J. White at 11.61. Burnem at 23.60 and J. White will be in the 200. Burnem will also have a top ten time in the 400 and C. Gheen will be the second guy. 800 shows C. O'Neil and A. Jude. 1600 has A. Jude and the 3200 doesn't show much. Shot put will be J. Scott. High jump has B. Harrison at 6' 04", a top ten jump and L. Dewees with a 5' 10" jump also a top ten jump. B. Harrison will be doing the long jump with a leap of 21' 05.50" with J. White the #2 guy. Discus showed nothing.

Minford

Minford will return nine runners for their relay teams. 4x100 returns one runner from a top ten team. 4x200 had a top twenty time in the 2023 and will return two from that group. The 4x400 will also return two from a top 2023 time. 4x800 show all four runners coming back from a top ten time for teams that have four coming back at 9:07.72. Not much for the 110. P. Caudill has a top ten time of 40.84 in the 300. The 100 meters has Caudill with a top ten time of 11.17. 200 meters shows Caudill at 22.17 which is a top ten time. Caudill will run the 400. G. Downey will run the 800 with a top ten time of 2:01.19. S. Tieman and L. Herdman have the 1600. The 3200 will see Tieman and Z. Fleenor. T. Kingrey has a top ten throw in the discus of 141' 03" with M. Sparks the second guy. J. Pica throws the shot put 45' 06.25" a top ten toss with J. Smith being the #2 guy. High jump will have T. Rhodes with a 5' 08" jump. T. Rhodes and G Downey are in the long jump. Nothing in the pole vault.

Notre Dame

The relays should have eleven runners back in 2024. 4x100 will have three. 4x200 2 back. 4x400 will have two and the 4x800 should have four back from a time of 9:57.86. Not much on the hurdles. 100/200 should have D. Logan running. 400 will have L. Emnett and C. Kempf while the 800 will be Emnett and W. Crawford. D. Logan will do the 1600. Don't see much in the 3200. J. Kielmer and E. Estep are in the discus. Might have Logan in the long jump. Not much on the high jump.

Nelson/York

Nine will return for the relays. 4x1 should have three coming back from a top ten time of 43.77. The 4x200 should have three back too with a 2023 time of 1:31.98. 4x400 will just have one coming back and the 4x800 should have two. A. Stone will be doing the 110/300 with a top ten time in the 110 with 16.03. His 300 time is 45.67. The 100 will have M. Williams at 10.96 and the #2 person should be L. Inman. 200 show Williams with a 22.96 and Inman the # 2 runner. K. McWilliams will be doing the 400 along with C. Layton. 800 shows B. Call and C. Layton. N. Loge and B. Bell are in the 1600. Loge will also be in the 3200. C. Layton and J. Layton are doing the discus. W. Odenthal and G. Carlson will be in the shot put. Stone and Bell will be in the high jump. L. Inman will have a top ten leap in the long jump and J. Layton will be doing the pole vault.

North Adams

North Adams should do well in the relays for 2024 with a total of thirteen runners back. 4x100 will have three back. 4x200 has four back. The 4x400 will have three back from a top twenty time from 2023 of 3:39.22. 4x800 has three back from 2023 with a time of 9:08.33. C. Fogle and T. Richendollar will do the 110. G. White and Richendollar are in the 300. 100 meters will have C. Hesler with a top ten time of 11.19 with C. Tolle as the second runner. C. Hesler has a 200 time of 23.27 a top twenty time and Tolle the #2 runner. C. Hesler will have one of the fastest times in SEO for the 400 meters. J. Hickey will also be in the 400. B. Hesler will run the 800 with a top twenty time of 2:04.84 and R. Reed will also run the 800. The 1600 will see B. Hesler with a 4:45.86 a top twenty time. D. Pence will be the #2 runner. R. Reed will do the 3200 along with J. Hickey. The discus has a top twenty throw from C. Deatley of 129' 08" with C. McCann as the second thrower. C. Deatley and W. Johnson are in the shot put. The high jump should see G. White. K. Eldridge and T. Richendollar will do the long jump. No pole vault.

Northwest

Relays will have nine coming back. 4x400 looks to be in the best shape with three coming back. No top times coming back but with a little help they should get there. J. Baker will be in the 110 hurdles and Baker and M. Spriggs are in the 300. N. Bayless and D. Jones will do the 100 meters. J. Copas has the 200. The 400 will have J. Stump and B. Davis. B. Wolfe and J. Bower are doing the 800. 1600 could have Wolfe and Ruby. Wolfe and Ruby are in the 3200. D. Jones and M. Spriggs should do the discus. The shot put will have Jones and J. Allender. High jump has W. Hobbs. Hobbs will do the long jump. No pole vault.


Oak Hill

Oak Hill will need to do a lot of work with their relay teams. With only six runners back five combine to be in the 4x400/4x800. Last year the 4x400 had a 3:42.65 a top twenty time and a top ten time of 8:40.10 in the 4x800. Not much in the 110/300 hurdles. G. McKinniss will be running the 100/200. McKinniss will also be in the 400 with a top ten time of 51.12 and C. Chamber with a top ten time of 52.89. W. Fowble and K. Michael will do the 800. Fowble will have a top twenty time of 4:47.29 in the 1600 and should have P. Schmittner behind him. Fowble will have a near top twenty time in the 3200 with Schmittner running with him. T. Mulet and J. Brunton will be in the Discus. Shot put has J. Burton. C. Chambers will do the long jump. Didn't find anything in the high jump or pole vault.

Paint Valley

Paint Valley's relay team will be in good shape this spring. Everyone should return from all four teams being in the top ten of where they return all runners. J. Pence returns in the 110 with a top twenty time of 17.28. 300 should have Pence and E. Smith. 100 meters has D. Chambers and T. Tuttle. Same two will run the 200. Pence and E. Smith are in the 400. N. Dalton and J. Immell will do the 800. 1600 should see L. Elliott and Dalton. Elliott and Dalton will run the 3200. The discus has R. Lanham with a top ten distance of 135' 08" with Z. Tennant helping out. Don't see much in the shot put. High Jump has E. Smith and Estep. Chambers will have a top twenty leap in the long jump with Smith at the second spot. B. Dunham and J. Pence are doing the pole vault.

Peebles

Nine runners will return in the relays. 4x100 will have two back from a top twenty time. 4x200 three return from a top twenty. 4x400 two return. 4x800 two return from a top twenty time. C. Gerth and D. McCann should be in the 110 hurdles and the 300 hurdles. The 100 meters will have J. West and B. Rayburn. West and G. Knechtly will be in the 200. 400 meters has H. Browning and G. Robertson. L. Asher and A Scott are in the 800. The 1600 will have A. Scott. Scott and McCann should do the 3200. Discus shows W. Smart and P. Mason. Shot put has N. Cummings and C. Boatman with both at 40' 00". C. Oldfie has a top ten jump of 5' 10 with G. Knectly right behind him. Oldfie has one of the best long jumps coming back in SEO at 20' 11". No pole vault

Piketon

Relays will have eleven runners back. None of the relays had twenty top time from 2023. H. Klinker and J. Richmond will be doing the 110 hurdles. 300 shows Richmond and Klinker in this. 100 meters shows W. Savage and Beekman. 200 will have C. McGlone and A. Leeth. N. Shrum will be doing the 400. 800 shows G. Richmond. 1600 meters shows A. Leeth and G. Richmond will be in the 3200 with A. Hayslip. B. Henry and L. Beekman are in the discus. Henry and B. Sartin will do the shot put. Leeth and Beekman will be in the high jump. Bekman and Savage should be in the long jump. T. Shanks will be doing the pole vault.

Portsmouth

Portsmouth should have a good relay group. Fifteen runners should return. The 4x400 will be the only relay team coming into 2024 with a top ten time. The other three are probably in the top twenty-five or top thirty.
The hurdles will have M. Williams and A. Horner in the 110 and the same two should do the 300. 100 meters has C. Heiland a top twenty runner with K. Johnson being the second guy. Johnson and Heiland will also be in the 200. The four hundred meters will have C. Rayes and A. Johnson. C. Putman runs the 800 in a top ten time of 1:59.73 and R. Click runs the 800. The 1600 will see Putman with a top ten time of 4:26.72. He also has a top ten time in the 3200 of 9:24.81. C. Fletcher and A. McKenzie will be in the discus. L Poxes 42' 06" and L. Boren a 41' 08.75" both a top twenty throw. A. Chen will have a 6' 01.50" high jump and D. Parker will have a 5' 06" jump. Both are top ten jumps. The long jump has J. Duncan and K. Littlefield. M. Williams will do the pole vault.

Portsmouth West

Relays look like they will need a lot of work with only four coming back from 2023. The 4x100 had a top twenty time and the 4x200 had a top ten time in 2023. The 110 should have S. Simmons and M. Grobowski back. M. Barnes and Grobowski will run the 300. S. Simmons with a top ten time will do the 100 meters along with J. Bishop who runs a 11.60. Bishop has a 23.60 a top twenty time for the 200. The 400 will have J. Bishop 53.49 a top twenty time along with M. Barnes. Barnes and Grobowski will run the 800. Didn't find anything on the 1600/3200. C. Woods will throw the discus and the shot put 41' 08.50. Bishop will also do the long jump where he has a 18' 06 leap. Not much for the HJ/PV.

River Valley

Fourteen runners are coming back in the relays. The 4x400 and 4x800 have top ten times coming back and four runners returning. B. Young has a top ten time in the 100 hurdles, and he will be in the 300 too with T. Wooten. A. Stone and A. Toomey are running the 100 meters. Young and B. Matheny are doing the 200. J. Bower and Toomey will be in the 400. T. Cline and M. Browning are in the 800. The 1600 will be ran by B. Bennett and I. Bragg. Same two will be in the 3200. C. Huffman and Q. Bostic will do the discus. Shot put will have G. Truance and Huffman. T. Wooten will be in the high jump. Long jump should see J. Bauer with a 19' 05.50" with Wooten. Pole vault will have a top ten vaulter and a top ten vaulter in Wooten and Toomey.

Rock Hill

Rock Hill had a good 2023 year in relays but this year it looks like a rebuilding year. Could only find six runners coming back. 4x100 had a top ten-time last year and return 2 for 2024. Didn't find anyone coming back from the 4x200. 4x400 will have one back from a top ten-time last season. 4x800 has three back from a team that had an 8:26.98. B. Lewis will be doing the 110 hurdles with a returning time of 17.39. T. Lawless will also do the 110. 300 will also be ran by Lewis with D. Sanders being the #2 guy. 100 meters has I. Cox with one of the fastest times in SEO along with W. Clements. Cox will also do the 200 meters with a top ten time of 22.31 with Clement at the second spot. D. Griffith and C. Stevens will be in the 400. N. Snavely will have a top twenty time in the 800 at 2:05.84 and I. Phillips will be the #2 guy. 1600 has Snavely with a 4:36.87 a top ten time and Phillips will be running again. Snavely will also be the main runner in the 3200 with a top ten time of 10:18.09. C. Blagg will run the 3200 also. D. Medinger will bring a top twenty throw for the discus at 127' 06". E. Smith should be the second guy. Medinger will have a near top twenty time in the shot with a 40' 06" throw. Blevins will be in the shot put too. Could be the best long jump leap in SEO with I. Coxes 23' 02.50" and Lewis should be the second man. S. Rusk has a 12' 00" pole vault with Hackworth vaulting too. Didn't see anything in the high jump.

Southeastern

The relays will be in good shape with everyone coming back. E. Ramey and C. Branham will be doing the 110 hurdles. The 300 should have L. Dreitzler and G. Ayers. C. Smith and C. Cutright are doing the 100 meters. Smith will have a top twenty time in the 200 with the next runner being B. Dickson. Smith and Dickson will do the 400. G. Roberts and G. Renison are in the 800. The 1600 should have Roberts and Renison. The same two will be in the 3200. Discus shows B. Ford and L. Brown. Shot put will B. Ford and J. Thatcher. P. Newberry and C. Branham will be in the high jump. C. Smith has a top ten long jump of 20' 01.75" and B. Dickson the #2 jumper. S. Walker has the pole vault.


South Gallia

Only shows something on two relays. 4x100 will have three back and the 4x200 will have three back. Nothing showing on 4x4/4x800. J. Cremeens has a top ten time in the 110 hurdle and L. Wright has a 17.56 time. 300 shows Wright with a top ten time and J. Cremeens the #2 guy. N. White will run the 100/200/400 meters. Don't see much in the 800/1600/3200J. Sheets should do the discus and the shot put. Wright could also do the shot put. Long jump will be White and Cremeens. High jump and pole vault doesn't show much.

South Point

Will have a solid relay unit this spring. Fifteen runners back. 4x100 will have four back from a top ten time of 43.69. 4x200 also will have four back from a top ten time of 1:30.45. 4x400 has four back from a top twenty time of 3:46.81. The 4x800 brings three back from a 2023 time of 11:27.31. The 110 hurdles don't show much as the 300 too. The 100 meters has K. LeBlanc back with a top ten time of 11.03 and D. Heckard has a 11.43. The 200 has J. Bloebaum at 22.32 and LeBlanc at 22.79 both top ten times. The 400 will have L. Jackson and E. Wilburn. 800 doesn't show anything. Nothing for the 1600. J. Pratt and H. Hutchen in the 3200. The discus will have D. Taylor with a 160 plus throw. Lovely will do the high jump and he has a 6' 00 jump. E. Wilburn has a 19' 00" plus long jump. Taylor goes 47' 10 in the shot put. The Smith boys have a 12 06" and 8' 06 vault .

South Webster

South Webster will need to do some work to get a full team of relays. Four return in the 4x400 and 4 return in the 4x800. Nothing shows in the other relays. Nothing coming up in the hurdles. Z. Litteral and N. Carver will be doing the 100 meters. B. Stephens will do the 200. K. Mantle should do the 400. C. Johnson and B. Mantell are doing the 800. B. Mantell and C. Roof will do the 1600. The 3200 will have B. Mantell and B. Weist. Long jump should have K. Mantle and E. Bailey. Discus will have A. Campbell and N. Carver. Campbell and Carver are in the shot put. Not much in the High jump or pole vault.

Trimble

4x100 has three coming back. The 4x200 should have three. Don't see much in the 4/4/4x8. Also, not much in the hurdles. 100 will have B. Burba and T. Hill. The same two will be in the 200. Burba will do the 400. Not much in the 800/1600/3200. Can't find results in the field events either.

Unioto

Might have to do some searching to rebuild their relay unit. 4x100 looks like all four return. 4x200 could have one back from a 2023 time of 1:36.19. 4x400 will not have anyone back from a 3:29.82 time. The 4x800 will have one back from a top ten time of 8:02.47. W. Fleek returns with a top ten time of 16.03 in the 110 hurdles and J. Winegardner has an 18.73. Winegardner will have a top twenty time in the 300 with a 43.37. Fleek will be the second man. A. Mills and J. Zimmerman should be in the 100 meters. Mills and C. Demit are in the 200. The 400 should have Winegardner and C. Cutright. C. Larue and Z. Ooter will be in the 800. C. Larue will have a top ten time in the 1600 at 4:33.32 and G. Tennant the second runner. 3200 will show C. Larue with a 9:53.74 a top ten time with Tennant being the #2 runner. O. May will have a top twenty throw in the discus with I. Etling at the second spot. May has a top twenty time in the shot put at 43' 01" with C. Dollison the second thrower. Cutright will be in the high jump with a 5' 06 jump and L. Mathey is the other jumper. Cutright has a top twenty time in the long jump with Dollison in the second spot. The pole vault shows Cutright with a 11' 00" vault and it is in the top ten R. Thomas will have a 9' 00 Vault.

Valley

Valley will have all their runners back for the 2024 relays. 110/300 doesn't show much. The 100 meters will have J. Lewis. The 200 shows D. Setty and T. Carver. The 400 will have a top ten time coming back with A. Waughtel And J. Lewis the #2 runner. C. Powell and A. Gray are doing the 800. The 1600 will have Powell and B. Lewis. Lewis and I. Walker will be in the 3200. D. Smith will do the shot put with a top ten toss of 48' 07.75". High jump will have Waughtel and Z. Whitt with both having top ten jumps of 5' 10". Whitt and Carver should do the Long jump.

Vinton Cty

VC should have twelve runners coming back from 2023 in the relays. 4x100 shows two. 4x200 shows four. The 4x400 has two with a top twenty time and the 4x800 will have four with a 2023 time of 8:40.82. C. Hayburn has a top twenty time in the 110 hurdles. Hayburn also has a top ten time in the 300 with E. Mayers the next runner. 100 meter does not show much. Hembree has a 23.62 200 with J. Thacker the second runner. Hembree will have a top ten time in the 400 with Reynolds being the second spot. 800 has S. Boyd the 1600 shows 4:47.63 by Boyd and Quackenbush the next runner. This team should be in good shape come spring with their relay teams. Thirteen runners will be back. 4x100 will have three boys back. 4x200 will have three runners back from a 2023 top ten time of 1:33.21. 4x400 has three boys coming back with a top ten time of 3:29.75. The 4x800 should have all four boys back from an 8:23.09 time that makes it the top team time coming into 2024 with four returnees. 110 hurdles will have C. Perry that had a best time of 16.12 as a freshman and should be a top 110 hurdler the next few years in SEO. T. Frye had a top twenty time of 17.39. The 300 will have Perry with a 2023 time of 39.82 which was one of the best times in SEO. Frye ran a 44.69 a near top twenty time. 100 meters will be M. Himmeldirk and E. Carr. 200 should have E. Carr and Himmeldirk. 400 will have H. Wells with a top ten time of 52.42 and C. Perry with a 54.28. Frye will run the 800 with a 2:03.43 a 2023 top ten time and B. Bishop with a top twenty time of 2:04.05. 1600 has S. Rehl at 4:50.71 a near top twenty time and B. Bishop. A. Westerman will be in the 3200 at 10:45.76 and Himmeldirk. K. Armstrong should do the discus with a top twenty throw of 129' 09" M. Francis won't be too far behind as the second thrower. L. Summer will have a 40' 02.75" shot put with Armstrong the #2 boy. H. Wells comes back with a 5'10 high jump. Long jumper E. Carr comes in with a 19' 06.50 leap with H. Wells the #2 guy. W. Randall will be in the top ten with a 10' 06 pole vault and B. Kelly is the second man.

Waterford

Relays will need to rebuild with only seven coming back. 4x100 will return one. 4x200 has two. 4x400 will have two and the 4x800 has three. Neither had a top twenty time. 110 hurdles show nothing. The 300 will have A. Adams. Adams will be in the 100 meters with D. Wolfe. T. Gibson runs the 200. Gibson and L. Stollar will be in the 400. The 800 has Gibson with a 2:05.54 a top twenty time with Stollar the next man. 1600 has Gibson and Offenberger. Offenberger and S. Ware run the 3200. J. Cooper will be in the discus and in the shot put Cooper has a top 10 throw with a 43' 10" and Stollar will also do the shot put. Wolfe should do the pole vault. Nothing on the high jump or long jump.

Waverly

Three of the four relays should be in good shape for the 2024 season. 4x400 will need some work with only one returning from a 2023 time of 3:31.90. The 4x800 returns all with a top twenty time of 9:31.80. B. Osborne and B. Jones will be doing the 110 hurdles. C. Kittaka should be in the 300 along with C. Moore. 100 meters will run N. Feijoo and C. Peters. Peters will do the 200. D. Glass and Peters are in the 400. The 800 will see Monroe and Kittaka. Monroe and D. Downs could do the 1600. Monroe and Downs will be in the 3200. J. Schrader will have a top ten throw of 132' 07" for the discus and the second guy will be M. Billasano. Shot put looks like Schrader and H. Shelton. High jump will have B. Jones at 5' 06 and Osborne at 5' 04'. No SOC shot put.

Washington

Relays could have eleven runners back this spring. 4x100 had a top ten time in 2023 and will have two returning. 4x200 also had a top ten time for 2023 that will return three. The 4x400 returns two from a top twenty time. 4x800 should return four. M. Mculough will do the 110 hurdles. Mcullough and R. Stolzenburg will be in the 300. 100 meters will have two boys back with top ten times. M. Coffman 11.01 and R. Jones at 11.09.
The 200 has Coffman with a 22.50 at top ten time and G. Perez. Perez will have a top twenty time in the 400 53.73. Coffman should be the #2 runner. M. Colflesh and A. Wightman are in the 800. Wightman and Colflesh will run the 1600. 3200 will have Wightman and R. Stolzenburg. C. Barton and R. Self should do the discus. M. Utrea has a top twenty throw in the shot put at 43' 01" and Self has a near top twenty throw of 40' 03". A. Young has a high jump of 5' 08". Long jump has A. Young at 19' 11" and R. Wellston

Three of the four relays could do well this year. The 4x100/4x200/4x00 will have all four runners back. Nothing showing in the 4x800. K. Gill will have one of the best times in the 110 hurdles at 15.80. His 300 time of 42.09 is a top ten time too. R. Johnson and S. Lambert will be in the 100 meters. Both of these boys will run the 200. Johnson and J. Clarke could be in the 400. Not much in the 800. B. Weber should do the 1600. 3200 does not show much. C. McWilliams will be in the discus and shot put. Nothing in the high jump or pole vault. Long jump could be J. Clarkson.

Westfall

Relay teams will be in good shape with all sixteen runners back. 4x100 and 4x200 have top twenty times from 2023. 4x400 and 4x800 will have top ten times coming back. Not much showing in the 110 hurdles. The 300 could have J. Wright and K. Hanson. 100 meters will have M. Sutton and C. Haning. Sutton and R. Cox are in the 200. Should have B. Williams with a near top twenty time 54.06 and T. Yates with a 54.28 in the 400. J. Trapp will have a top ten time in the 800 with T. Yates the next runner. H. Smith and A. Wuest. 1600 has J. Campbell and D. Fenton. 3200 has Fenton and B. Rothwell. B. Mills and C. Steed will be in the shot put and discus. Bracken will be pushing 19 feet in the long jump with I. Harding in the second spot. no SHAC pole vault.

Wheelersburg

Burg will have thirteen runners back from a very good 2023 relay group. The 4x100 will have three back from a top two time of 44.33 from 2023. 4x200 1:34.05 will be the same. 4x400 has four runners back from a time of 3:33.07. The 4x800 will have three back from an 8:42.00. E. Brown comes back with a 16.51 110 a top twenty time and A. Brown has a 17.94. 300 also has E. Brown and he has a time of 43.29 a top twenty time. A. Brown brings a 43.72 also a top twenty time. The 100 meters will have D. Lattimore with a top twenty time of 11.39 and K. Whitt has a near top twenty time of 11.62. E. Jones will have a top twenty time for the 200 meters K. Whitt is the #2 runner. K. Whitt runs a 50.73 in the 400 for a top ten time and E. Brown will also have a top twenty time of 53.51. M. Hagans will run the 800 with a 2023 time of 2:04 a top twenty time and E. Brown will also be in the 800. E. Hochstettler and L. Mullins will run the 1600. T. Hollback and L. Mullins will do the 3200. C. Adkins has a 152' 04" discus throw which in near the top of SEO and C. Risner has top ten throw of 150'. This is probably the one/two best punch in SEO. I. Emnell has a toss of 46' 05.50 in the shot put and C. Risner has a 43' 11.75" toss. K. Evans brings a 5' 08" jump in the high jump. Long jump will have K. Evans and E. Jones. SOC no PV.

Whiteoak

Nine runners will be back 2024 4x100 and 4x800 will have two back the 4x200 has four and the 4x400 will just see one. The 110 hurdles will have A. Crowe and S. Cox. 300 should see A. Crowe. T. Wessner and W. Blair will do the 200. W. Blair and S. Blair are in the 400. The 800 will see two top ten runners with W. Blair at 2:00.43 and L. Eyre with a 2:02.67. L. Eyre has a top ten time in the 1600 with W. Blair the #2 runner. 3200 will see L. Eyre at 9:47.06. J. Ward at the #2 spot. S. Evans and J. Tedford will do the discus. Same boys will be in the shot put. L. Wik will be doing the high jump with a top ten jump of 5' 08". Long jump has T. Wessner with a top twenty jump of 19' 06.50" and L. Wik at the #2 man. No PV

Zane Trace

Thirteen runners will return for ZT. 4x100 with a time of 46.83 will return four runners. The 4x200 with a top ten time of 1:35.72 will have four back. With a 2023 time of 3:31.33 and a top ten time three runners return from the 4x400 team. The 4x800 has four back and a time of 8:50.74. 110 hurdles should have J. Powell at 16.81 a top twenty time and R. Andrews back. C. Clyne is back in the 300 with a top ten time of 41.38 with J. Powell at 44.45. Clyne and R. Hartsaugh will be in the 100 meters. The 200 has Clyne and Hartsaugh. Clyne will bring a top ten time back in the 400 of 50.56. W. Vick has a top ten time in the 800 with Hartsaugh the other runner. Vick brings a 4:52.13 for the 1600 and I. Detty is the #2 runner. Detty will also run the 3200 with Singer.
N. Fetters with a throw of 156' 10" will lead the discus with S. Brower having 132' 06". Brower with a 55' 08" throw and Fetters with a 53' 04.25 are the shot putters. L. Morris will have a 5' 06" high jump. Hartsaugh will be doing the long jump and Z. Pickerrill has a top ten pole vault.

Something I haven't hear about. If he went to Marietta, it would be a big boost for the Tigers.
