I thought Ironton St.Joe lost to Fisher Catholic ln a regional championship in 1976 but no mention of FC in the State tournament that year. Is it possible ISJ lost to Adena instead or was ISJ vs FC a regional semifinal with Adena then beating FC in Regional final

It was FC. The Lady Irish would go on to lose in the following round, state semifinals, to Lutheran West.
