The Brahmas did not play like the underdog today, as they pasted the Defenders in the opener for both teams. Chase Garbers was 19-25, 158 yards, with 2 touchdowns for the winners. He also had a rushing touchdown. Brad Wing threw one pass on a fake punt completing it for a 40 yard touchdown to lineman Alex Mollette. Jontre Kirklin led the receiving group with 8 catches, 61 yards, 1 TD. Anthony McFarland HAS A 28-yard touchdown catch. Jordan Williams led the defense with 10 tackles. Former Buckeye, Taron Vincent had a tackle. Matthew McCrane with four field goals, including a 50-yarder was the offense for the defenders. Isaiah Johnson led the D.C. defense with 6 solo tackles overall he had 7 tackles.
