Northmor returns almost everyone from last year. They will be in the mix for R23 title.

Garaway absolutely steamrolled this region last year, they moved up to D5 as Ridgewood moved down to this region. Ridgewood was handled by Garaway last year, but not sure more so than the region was in the postseason. Wood lost 5 seniors, 4 of which played roles.

Caldwell will not contend for this region. They got smoked by FF last year and while they return a good bit they also lost some key players. The bump up in division puts them probably at a 7-9 seed at best imo.

No Logan has a league game now. Also TSL is now doing league play weeks 8-10.

And here is Fort Frye's challenge. They do a great job with the kids they have. But they have 130 boys in the school, and I don't know if a third of them are on the football team. Starting in week 3, you're going to start hearing the injury list every week, and the roster gets thin pretty quickly. More boys going through 4 years of the varsity football program would be a big step up for The Cadets.
