Making an all-time starting 5 for each school

Post by Jeeps_06 »

Would love to see everyone's all-time starting 5 and 6th man off the bench for each school plus a head coach for the team, I have only followed Webster, so my all-time starting 5 plus 6th man and head coach for Webster would be
PG) Brigham Waginger
SG) Levi Cook
SF) Shiloh Blevins
PF) Brett Roberts
C) Nick Aldridge
6th man) Jordan Lower
Head coach) Marc Kreischer

Think you got 3/6 right. Justin Lower, Eric Mclintic, Bryan Dyer, Austin Loop, Josh Campbell, the 🐐 Mike Rose. Love him or hate him Eli’s gonna end up on the list after this monster senior year coming up.

Completely agree with you about Eli as long as he can keep his cool I was really impressed with his attitude last year

Jackson

Ed Spriggs 6’8 played at Miami University

Brad Howe 6’5 played at Capital, all-time leader in 3’s when he graduated

Caleb Wallis …ultimate point guard

Cooper Donaldson 6’3 slasher

Mike Rouse 6’5 all Ohio sharpshooter

That’s right…a Jackson team with great size and great shooters.

Big time bench (because I gotta mention these guys)

Willie Woodard 6’6 could do it all. D2 Lewis St and Capital

Colt Chapman 6’4…also could do it all Pikeville

Matt Walburn 5’9….clutch sharp shooter

Pat Stevens 5’10….clutch sharp shooter

Harold Howe 5’10….SEOAL POY

Greg Harris 5’10….insane athlete, 23 ppg senior year

Max Morrow 6’0….shooter, defender

Coach Dustin Ford

I couldn’t have Max as a player coach but would enjoy watching him yell at himself

Watched Shoemaker a few times. He was a smooth player.

Watched Ed Sprigg several times. Was the other Spriggs boy at that time his younger brother? Also, there was a boy named Thomas or Thompson that played with Spriggs that was good. Went about 6' 07" think he also played football.

I believe he maybe did have a brother on the team. Haven’t heard of the 6’7 Thompson

Think Thomas/Thompson also played football. I'm sure he was a receiver.

Totally agree with your 5 yabba! Burg has had 12 D1 signees so any combination of 5 from that group would be solid! The other 6 aside from your list are:
Brian Bays. Miami
Jeff Meadows. Kent State
Jack Miller Hawaii
Scott Gray. Dayton
Paul Newman Marquette
Drew Spradlin. Elon

Denny and Bob Thompson should be listed on the Waverly team

Adam Shea would also be in the conversation

Thinking of others from Burg that were very good players:
Bob Shaw 6’8 class of 1981, played for Rio Grande’s National Championship team
Matt Miller OU football
Jonathan Eaton Akron football
Chris Ellis Ohio State baseball
Craig Brown Case Western
Rocky Croy Marshall football

They had a lot of good players in the 80s and early 90s but before my time so I never seen them play personally
