It is better than whining about where juniors and seniors attended 7th grade.

This ain’t the Wheelersburg thread. We don’t care who you bring, load em and have em ready Friday at 800pm.

Jackson is very good. Ironton is not overlooking them.
They know what Friday nights game is about. The Fighting Tigers will show up ready to play. Expect a good clean hard hitting game between the two best programs in SEO.

This is why we love Jackson. A great series between two great programs!

If Jackson can run between the tackles and control the clock they will win this game. They wont beat Ironton by running outside or throwing the ball. Irontons speed is on another level this season, especially in the secondary.

Conversely, can Ironton establish the run to setup the pass?

I think we will discover Ironton has the better backfield friday night.

Better? Depends on situation. Jackson is bigger. Ironton is faster and more athletic per as usual. Most "better" is situational.

I feel as if the Ironmen need to be very concerned about the overall team speed of the Tigers. I posted before that I think the QB for the Tigers will become a big weapon for their offense as the season moves onward, I still feel the same. Let's hope for a very good ballgame, and an injury free game for both teams.

I feel Jackson will have to be able to run to set up their pass. Most games I feel the opposite against our top opponents. Hall showed a lot of passing but not much variety in running. It should be an interesting game.

We cannot let their speedsters open in space/deep

Kid is impressive. Smart and patient and the offense was patient and simple vs burg. Ironton staff did a great job of easing him into a rhythm.

I heard ironton is dealing with an illness and may be down a few starters. I was told 3 starters so far. Very unfortunate I was really wanting to see them at full strength
