Wellston picking up a big week 2 win against Piketon has me believing the rumblings come out of that small town are true. Let's roll with Wellston on this one.

Wellston had a great win against Piketon. I think Piketon might have underestimated Wellston. I know Minford is down and they are not used to that. Unless you are Ironton, Jackson or Wheelersburg, every school in this area goes through that.

Wellston cannot afford to overlook Minford or any other team. I am sure the Falcons will give it their best.

Going with Minford in this one. Wellston has been lucky for the first two games and their luck is about to run out. Their O line and D line are small and weak. They can’t stop Mindford.

Wellston will be in trouble this week. 2-0 thinking they can’t lose. Minford 0-2 doesn’t have anything to lose. Rockets only beat oak hill by 8 should’ve had a running clock on oak hill. Minford comes in plays aggressive while rockets will be sluggish. Rockets won’t be able to get the offense moving especially if the Oline comes out slow. Puts to much pressure on the new defense makes them be on the field too long. Rockets Special teams will need to improve to flip the field. Rockets lose by couple touchdowns

Wellston 37-14, first seen this score it was 7-6 sounds like Wellston just took over after that.

Wellston did. Their QB Johnny Scott is really solid. They have a couple of nice running backs and some skilled players that play very well within their system. Wellston has decent numbers out, too. If they beat Trimble next week, I could see them being 8-2, maybe even 9-1.
