Ironton and Harvest Prep in Regional Final. Ironton definitely has the horses to make a run. Cool they get to play at Marshall. Ironton should win. They are on a different level and seniors definitely on a mission to turn the silver into gold.

Midland also lost Curtis Jones, the WVU commit RB to graduation. Key replacement in key positions for Midland but as an old seasoned veteran of watching the MSAC conference, the talent that transfers yearly between schools like Huntington Hurricane Spring Valley South Charleston, Capital etc is prevalent and always a factor. Midland is the largest school in WV. They wont be short on talent. But, the O.C. has moved to HC with Sammons departure and its week 1 for the Knights. Tigers have two under their belt. Tigers get the win over a quad A wv powerhouse that would be a D1 school in Ohio.

Apparently CM has a new coach and are extremely young and inexperienced. Ironton has a clear cut talent edge at the skilled positions, so the Fighting Tigers should be solid favorites to win.

Still Midland will give Ironton a challenge in physicality. CM usually has the numbers to go two platoons. Ironton will need to learn to deal with that for a deep playoff run.

They Return 3-4 OL from last year. They will be good up front as well as Deep upfront.
Midland's Offense is suspect with a lot of negative reports leaking out in the last 2 weeks. Also, lost their best OL from last year to Huntington High.
