Tailgating at Marshall

Is Marshall allowing tailgating at the game on Saturday?
If so what time do gates open.

There was tailgating last year. Everyone sat in chairs and drank cold beverages. Some brought food from home or picked up pizzas. I think the parking lot opened at 530 or 6.
